Sam's POV

The next morning everyone was up by nine and dressed in their daily wear. We met in the kitchen. "I can't believe I didn't die falling down the stairs," I said.

"You took a pretty big blow," said Alexis. "You sure you're alright?"

"Never better," I said.

"Alright," said Alexis. "It's a force of habit when I see you guys get hurt."

"Alexis, we get hurt a lot," said Dean. "Especially by demons." Alexis looked at him. "A siren is no different."

"Dean, you know, what I said, I didn't mean it," I said. "It was the siren's spell talking."

"Yeah, I know," said Dean.

"I don't," said Alexis. Dean and I both looked at Alexis. "What? I'm just saying those feelings must have been boiling up inside you for quite sometime."

"Mom's never wrong," said Abby.

"Alexis, what are you saying?" I asked.

"Being under a siren's spell doesn't mean anything, Sam," said Alexis. "They just cloud your judgement and gives you no emotion or control to what you say." She looked at me. "Sam, you've felt like that for a long time. Even when I was with you."

"Well, she knows her Greek Mythology," said Bobby.

"I've learned to never underestimate Alexis when it comes to studies and research," I said. "She knows what she's doing and especially knows about the law."

"About the law, I studied that," said Alexis.

"She knows what is legal and illegal," I said. "It gets us out with a few tight scrapes with the police."

"Well, she's one hell of a hunter," said Dean. "Useful for our team."

"Team?" asked Alexis. "You aren't much of a team player."

"Dean's complicated," I said. "You know that."

Dean's POV

"Yet I'm still the sexy one," I said.

"I object," said Alexis.

"Out of the brothers or everyone in this room?" I asked.

"You'll be fourth if it was everyone in this room," said Alexis. "But out of the brothers, you come second."

"Well, damn," I said. "Girls have different tastes."

"Yeah, they do," said Abby. "Every guy would know that."

"I also know all girls lie about their age and weight," I said.

"I'm sixteen and weight a hundred ten," said Abby.

"Fourteen and ninety," I said.

"You're totally off," said Alexis. "She's right."

"Well, that's new," I said. "You're the first girl I met that does lie. Other than your mother of course."

"I am my mother's daughter," said Abby as she flipped her hair. "Dad, Uncle Drew needs you right away. Something about a European tour."

"That's starting already?" asked Blake. He sighed. "I have to go."

"Have Bobby take you," said Alexis as he gave her a kiss. "Be careful and don't twerk on strangers."

"I don't twerk," said Blake as Bobby opened the front door.

"Then make sure Uncle Devin doesn't twerk on strangers," said Abby.

"Can't make no promises," said Blake as they left.

"Twerk?" I asked.

"We joke about it all the time," said Alexis. "At concerts they have a twerking contest all the time."

"What's twerking?" I asked.

"Dude," said Sam.

"No, I'm serious," I said. "Is it what Miley Cyrus does?"

"She's the worst twerker ever," said Alexis.

"Then what is twerking?" I asked. Abby turned on music and 'twerked' for a few seconds. "That's twerking?"
