Dear Daddy,
I miss you, it's been a week. You haven't been gone this long without saying goodbye. Mommy, uncle Mike, uncle Ash, uncle Lukey, and aunt Mali keep crying to me every day. I cry with them too. I really miss you, daddy.
Mommy says your in a place called heaven. Where is that? Can you come back? How did you get there? Can I visit you? Uncle Ash says he was considering visiting you. I asked him if I can come too, but he says I can't. He says it's dangerous for me to go. But I don't care I miss you too much so I'll do whatever it takes. Or can't you just come back? Please. I want the sadness to go away. I want everyone to stop crying. I want all of us to be happy again.
Uncle Luke keeps saying it's all his fault. What does he mean by that? I try asking him, but he holds backs his tears and tells me not to worry about it.
I miss you.
Love, Madelyn
