Mia's pov( oof) :

" Mia, there's mail for you!"

Huh? I rarely ever get mail...

Grabbing my phone, I rushed down the hall to grab the mail. The mail is from lea? I stared dumbfounded at the letters in my hand that had Lia's handwriting. There were eight in total.

Walking back to my room, I quickly plopped down on the bed as I slowly teared open the first letter in confusion. It was dated back a year and a few months ago...

Dear Mia,

It was definitely Lea's handwriting... I started reading.

( A while Later after Mia's done reading the letters)

3rd  person pov:

As Mia started reading her friend whom she had abandoned letters, guilt overwhelmed her. Her greed for popularity had overtaken her senses which had caused her to lose her best friend. Since young, she had always wanted a taste of popularity. And in the end, she finally got it ... However at the expense of her very own friend.

As Mia was reading the letters, bittersweet memories clouded her mind. Unconsciously ,emotional tears dribbled down her face as she read the letters of her ex-bestfriend. How could she have been so foolish as to let go Lea just for popularity? Mia thought over and over again.

Immediately , she took out her phone and dialed Lea's number. However, when she couldn't get through to her, Mia finally realised that Lea had changed her phone number. Being an emotional wreck, Mia quickly checked out Lia's Instagram and Snapchat. Fortunately, to Mia's surprise,Lea had not changed her accounts.

Crossing her fingers, Mia started texting Lea through Instagram.

Hi this is Mia... Lia if you're reading this, I'm sorry . I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for being foolish and leaving you for popularity. Please answer. I miss you. I truly do.

( 3 hours later)

Mia looked down at her phone. There was still no reply from Lea. Placing her phone at her bedside table , Mia sighed. At that moment, a ping! sounded from her phone. Instantly, Mia grabbed her phone, praying hard that the message was from Lea. And it was...

Lia
I forgive you. However, thank you. Next. Read the last letter. There's something I wrote for you. In case, you didn't read it. Also, congrats for spelling my name wrongly. :)

This user has blocked you.

Confused, Mia quickly snatched the last letter sent from the pile of letters. Flipping over the letter, Mia realised the tiny fonts at the bottom of the note.

P.s. #2
