"Names for you"

"Good practice today, I'll see you guys this coming Tuesday!" The coach says after us.

I look around and see Gabrielle and Josh sitting down on the bench, the girl who kept screaming this morning, her names Nayelli who was flirting with Zach.

I sit down on the cement part of the track field and see a boy climbing on the side if the benches.

It was him.

Still dressed in black climbing the side of the benches.

"Get off there Hemmings!" The coach shouted at me.

"Your gunna hurt your ass Luke" Josh shouted laughing at him.

From the thought of him climbing, he reminded me off spider-man.

"Okay let's go"

[walking]

"Grande-Butera slow down!"

I turn around noticing that I was ahead of everyone. but Nayeli and Luke were behind me.

I stop, then they stop. Then Luke walks up to me slowly, then just stopped to the side of me.

The give him a quick glance and see the feature if his face.

Gosh he's cute.

No stop.

"HURRY UP SLOW POKES"

I shout at the coach and the rest of the track team. I walk with luke right next to me.

"You remind me of Spider man"

I dumbly say to him, it could have been better, but it was dumb, but it was just to break the silence.

"How?" he said back to me smirking.

"Well yah know you keep climbing high things."

"Soo... Well I'm not spider man cause he does all these dumb stunts- what if he just splatters on the side of a building?"

I let out a little giggle at his idiotic answer.

"No I say you are though" smiling at my own comment.

I tuck behind my ear a strand of hair

"Fine I'll be Spider-Man" he spoke up saying.

I looked at him and gave him a smile.

"Spider-Man it is"

[morning period 8:45]

I get in line and see that Liam was all sweaty.

"How was practice?" I asked him.

"Terrible, I couldn't score any goals"

I give him my best pouty face and sit down on the cement.

"AREEEAAAANUHHHH"

I turn my head and spot my friend Lexi running up to me.

"You ditched me" I said to her.

"Girl PUHLEAZE. I ain't gunna run around a stupid track for and hour" she said out loud cracking me up into laughter.

"How was practice?"

"Well you know-"

I was cut off when Luke walked right passed us eyeing me.

I give him a cheeky smile and look down.

"Oooooooooo"

"No its not what you think" I say to her.

I look up at her with bright eyes.

"You like him"

"No I don't"

"Stop lying, its so clearly obvious"
