Woosung

As I got into the plane I thought about how my life would be in Korea.  Korea seem pretty cool in the pictures my mom showed me. She got a new job opportunity and decided it would be best if all of us went to Korea with her. Hopefully Korea would be alright.

I was listening to Sweater Weather while looking at the clouds all around us. I sang along quietly, since I guess everybody hates it when plane rides are noisy.
"Hey kid could you keep it down, my baby is trying to sleep" a blonde haired lady said.

"Um yeah, sorry ma'am" I replied to her, as I lowered my head a bit. I'm pretty sure I wasn't that loud, but ok lady.
"It's okay young man you're voice is pretty good for a what, a highschooler?" The man next to me said as he stopped the conversation he was having.
"Um, thanks sir" I said while looking up at him.
"You're very welcome" He chuckled as he countined his conversation with the person next to him.

The plane landed close to midnight. I was pretty tired, but managed to get off. I met my parents with AJ outside, they looked pretty exhausted. AJ was asleep, he was a small toddler with too much energy, always finding something to keep him entertained. We waited for my aunt, because she was taking us to the house that was given to my family by my grandmother. Soon enough she came and we walked towards her gray car.

"Hello everyone, nice to see you once again, I haven't seen this beautiful family since a few what? Years?." My aunt Hana proclaimed while walking towards my parents and giving them a big hug.
She then walked towards me and almost tripped on the sidewalk, but caught herself quickly.
"Don't you think that I forget about your hug, Woosung" She wrapped her arms around me and after a few seconds let go.
"And of course I have to hug AJ, who's sound asleep, how cute!"

After taking a few minutes talking with my parents she let us into her car, "Don't you mess up my car it's new"
"I won't, trust me" I grinned.

We drove for what seemed like forever. The lights of Seoul glowed like it would vanish the next day, it was beautiful. I closed my eyes slowly, too tired to keep them open.
"Sammy! Woosung! Wake up!"
I felt a slap to my arm, "ow! Mom, why'd you hit me?"
"Wasn't me" She looked at me for a few seconds and spoke, "Well, anyways since you're awake, get up and take you're stuff out of Hana's car and head to the house." Then she just walked away. Wow rude.
I got up and followed her instructions, when I reached the house I was surprised it was as big as it was.
"Sammy stop staring at the house and come inside." I looked at who was speaking, my dad.
"I'm going dad I'm just, I don't know surprised?" He looked at me and smiled, "well did you forget that your mom is one hell of a great doctor."

Of course I didn't forget. I thought as
I smiled back at him, "And you're a work at home dad, but don't worry, you're good at you're job too Dad."

"Of course I'm good at my job, I am the best"

I rolled my eyes slightly.
"Yeah,  yeah dad, you're good at everything"

I walked towards the door and kept quiet as I headed upstairs. I found myself staring at the attic.
"Hey Mom? Could I get the attic?"

"I don't know why you would want the attic, but yeah go ahead."

I pushed the door, and stood there. There was a new bed just laying there in the middle of nothing. I guess grandma knew someone would want to stay here.
