Even Highbreed need love

So I'm having trouble thinking of any other ships! I thought about doing a chapter with Kai, but I've never really liked her. If any of you have a suggestion, I'd love to hear it!
'Narrator pov.'
"It's beautiful here." Ambassador Wright breathes as she stares down at the planet.

"Yeah, it's okay. I can't believe you're the ambassador and you've never been." Ben laughs. She blushes and wrings her hands.

"Oh the Highbreed are nice and all, but they still don't really trust others. You're pretty much the only offworlder that's been allowed on the planet. Until now. This peace summit is big." The older human sighs.

"Well I'll introduce you to some of the more influential Highbreed. As long as you're not outright rude to them they should like you enough." Ben assures as the ship lands on a large platform. They stand and move to the exit ramp. A Highbreed with six arms and pink skin greets them. She has lines of grey curling on her arms and large wings draping from her back.

"Ambassador Ternatic. Good to see you again." Ambassador Wright greets.

"Greetings. Welcome to our homeworld. Glorious, is it not?" The Highbreed asks as she turns to lead them off the platform.

"Oh it's beautiful. I never thought I'd be able to see it." Ambassador Wright says as she gazes at their surroundings.

"How's Reiny been? Still a good ruler?" Ben asks as they make their way into the imposing palace.

"Yes lord Ben-Ben, Reinrassic III is undoubtedly a wonderful ruler. Just last month he legalized interspecies marriages on the planet. He would have done so sooner but no one had expressed interest in one of another species before." The Highbreed explains.

"Really? You guys are literally all a bunch of different species." Ben sighs.

"The elder Highbreed are still somewhat stuck in their ways. Most of us who are younger are more open minded." Ternatic explains. They come to the throne room and she gestures for them to enter.

"Reiny! Did you miss me?" Ben laughs as the Highbreed Supreme turns in surprise.

"Ben-Ben Tennyson, you are early." Reinrassic sighs as he walks to them.

"I was gonna come tomorrow but Ambassador Wright here offered me a ride so I politely accepted. Plus, I wanted to introduce her to all my favorite Highbreeds. But they're all busy so I thought we'd come see you." Ben replies with a cheeky grin.

"I find it harder and harder to not strike you." The Highbreed chuckles.

"It's an honor to meet you Lord Reinrassic. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am for this summit." Ambassador Wright says with a bright smile. Reinrassic takes her hand and bends at the waist.

"The honor is all mine. Ambassador Ternatic tells me you are an avid collector of crystals? That sounds fascinating." He murmurs as he releases her. She blushes and nods.

"It's interesting to see how crystals form in different environments, and what's more different than another planet?" She chuckles sheepishly.

"I completely agree. Until my friendship with Ben-Ben Tennyson, I failed to see the beauty in other planets. Now, I find myself collecting different flora from around the cosmos. The palace garden is quite lovely. May I show you?" He asks as he offers a hand. Wright blinks up at him before smiling even brighter.

"Oh that sounds lovely!" She accepts as she grasps his palm. Ben watches smugly as they walk off talking quietly.

"Excellent. Another success." He chuckles to himself.

"Very wise Lord Ben-Ben. It's an honor watching you work." Ternatic says in awe.

"You know, I have this friend from Thalos IV that would be perfect for you." Ben smirks.

"No thank you sir. I would prefer to simply observe the method to your madness." She replies with a nod.

"Suit yourself! I have to call my partner." Ben laughs as he pulls out his phone.

"Hey babe. Yeah, Reiny practically melted when he saw her. Uh-huh. I love you too."
