We did it, we finally made it. I'm professor Kinsmen and I'm part of this discovery. A mechanical room that holds nothing. No matter. No light. Not even time, but just space, as without space, it wouldn't be here. It's a 4x4 cube shaped room, 3rd dimensional on the outside. On the inside when the machines are off, it's just that, a room, white as snow, with enough room to hold a hospital bed and 5 extra feet along the sides for people to get off and on. When it's on? Well we're going to find out today.

We're located deep inside the rock mountains, since this activity shouldn't be known too much by the general public, wouldn't wanna exactly activate a potential live bomb in a populated area. And no the machine isn't a bomb, we just legally have to take special precautions. Hell, word around the lab is the prime minister couldn't understand what we're doing up here. Regardless, the lab boys seem to favour calling the machine "Project 4th Manipulation", since it's believed to tap into the 4th dimension to have its power. Is it time travel? No, it's time manipulation. We're not going forwards or backwards, but staying. One of the lab boys suggested going further towards the 10th dimension. What that clown don't realize is that the 10th dimension is pointless to manipulate. If we're looking at a end of the universe scenario, then it'll be justified.

Gareth found willing test subjects from "humble beginnings". He didn't tell us how he got them any more than that, all I know is it took a good while to clean them."3 males and 3 females" he said, as he presented them in their cells naked as the day they were born. Ethical? Well we assumed they accepted and consented to this. One of the lab boys pointed out that one of the females was pregnant. Gareth was angry in the most fake way possible, did he really not notice, or was he trying to get a pregnant test subject passed management? "Well what the hell do we do now?" one of the lab boys said. Call management now? In the middle of the rocky mountains? In the middle of a high restricted project? No. To prevent whistle blowers, we cut off all lines connecting us with the outside. No signals, no Internet, not even a radio. The only way in and out of the facility was a single metal door leading to a helicopter, making escape of an emergency near impossible. We didn't have much to worry about. We have plenty of food for us and the test subjects, and if something does go wrong? Just call for a lock down.

The operation was small and simple. First was the dimensional crew, which I alone operated. I just speculate on how we access the 4th dimension in the first place, while the Lab boys (Jake, Kyle, Jennifer, and Larry) operate and look over the machine. Gareth was a diplomat from the

Minister of National Defense of Canada, just here to make sure we're doing what we're told, and he's also the one who funded the operation. We also had some security but honestly it was unneeded. It's understandable that all of this is very sketchy, but Gareth could've saved money.

Today was the day Project 4th Manipulation was to be tested. The machine didn't have any cameras nor any mics inside, but heat sensors. So we can see whos inside, just not too much, as we're still trying to figure out what the 4th dimension really is. Up till this point it was all speculation so really it's anyone's guess. I watched in the observation chamber with the lab boys as one of the security guards pushed one male test subject inside the room. The machine was not on, so the room was straight up white. It hurt to look at. Security locked the metal door leading into the room and guarded the entrance into it. The heat sensing cameras came on and we saw him wandering around inside the white room one of the lab boys counted down from

And the machine was on. The machine was loud. So loud that we couldn't hear anything inside the room. Just as we thought, the inside of the room was straight up dark, but the test subject seem to have changed in size judging from the heat sensors. Hell, he doesn't even look human anymore , more like a long fat snake, with many different versions of himself inside. They all looked the same, it's just that each version is just him a micro second ago, and as you go further down the different versions, it's him a few seconds, minutes, hours, days, and even years ago. At the very end of it was a cell, a fertilized human egg. At the head to the snake was his dead self, which depicted him laying on the ground with his intestines laid out as if it was for a showcase of the human body. One of the lab boys (Larry) collapsed out his chair and began vomiting on the marble grounds of the observation chamber, the rest of them looked in disgust. Gareth, who was also in the observation chamber with us, looked on with a smile and muttered "this is us. This is our true form as a species. This is the body of yourself, the one you couldn't see until now". I looked at him, we all did.

Kyle then turns the machine off, not knowing what it'll do. The heat sensors turn off, and the machine goes quiet. The security guard outside the door (not knowing what happened in the observation chamber) opens the door when told to. What greeted him was unexpected. The test subject laying in the room, with his organs out for all to see. The security guard stumbled out to report what he witnessed to the lab boys. They filled him in on what happened inside the room. Needless to say, Gareth ordered us out for one of the test subjects to clean up the mess inside the observation chamber and white room (Too bad Gareth didn't hire any cleaners). After that Gareth brought us all to the meeting room just outside the observation chamber.

"Let me be clear that this incident was a blessing for us and our operation. The machine worked fine, and the test subject did as he was told. For it was unclear why Kinsmen didn't tell us about the incident occurring, we will forgive him regardless." The slime ball made me a scapegoat because of his crappy decisions. I made it very clear from the start that it was all speculation on how the dimensions looked and operated, literally just guesses. It was impossible for us (being 3rd dimensional creatures) to visualize what such a place looked like. Everyone looked at me like I was a monster.

After the meeting I was sent to the test subjects area, ironically the same cell the deceased one slept and ate. It was cold. No real heating was given to me or the test subjects. The room was small, even smaller than the actual white room. Every time I think about that room, I can only see that freakish snake form from the heat sensors, and the deep red blood that covered the ground afterwards. The more I stay in here the more I feel sick. I was let out after 3 weeks to continue my research of what went wrong, so far no theories that're practical or realistic.
