After days of trying to have contact with Sana, Taehyung finally gave up.

The necklace had a hole, so when Sana use a magnifying glass top seed through, she could see the millions of words Taehyung written in it, and all the I love you's in different languages.
"I know a lot of things had happened, and I'm sorry that you had to go through them. I hope that we can both walk to the end of old age together. I love you, Sana."
