when the sunsetted and its orange rays fell into your earth brown eyes and turned them to glistening sands from the sahara desert, i saw galaxies in them. i saw stars and planets and rocks and colours. as the sun fell below the horizon and its rays dimmed, the air blew and you smiled. your caramel skin, glowed in the soft light and my phone's camera failed to capture the beauty right in front of my eyes, but my mind will forever have your smile imprinted while the breeze blew your hair and we felt at the top of the world when we were just four floors high. it was indeed a beautiful day.
