Finally, classes are over. I was walking outside and texting Pete to meet me by my car so it can be easier for us. He said that he was getting a ride with another friend so I'll be driving alone.

I wasn't paying much attention cause I bumped into a body. They knocked down my phone as it landed on the cement with a 'thud'.

I went to grab it but a small pale hand touched it before me. I snapped my head up and froze.

He was the most beautiful being I have ever seen.

He had brown hair and brown eyes, pale skin and a mole under his right eye. The way he was starring at me, gave me butterflies in my stomach and my hands started to sweat from nerves.

We just stared at each other for a little longer till I shook my head from my daze. "I'm sorry I wasn't looking where I was walking," I apologized, trying not to stutter in front of the angel.

He gave me a small toothy smile and I felt my knees buckle a little. "It's no problem Krab. I wasn't looking where I was going either."

God even his voice is angelic.

I gave a chuckle and he smiled big at that. He was beautiful I wanted to look at him forever.

"Sorry, ah..my name is Kai," I took out my hand to shake his. He smiled again and shook my hand, it was sweaty and shaking.

Was he nervous?

"My name is Ping Krab," He said with his hand still in mine.

My face then morphed into worry, "I didn't hurt you did I?" I roamed my eyes over his form to make sure when it landed on the shoulder I bumped into.

He quickly shakes his head, "No Krab. I'm fine."

I could tell he was some what lying but I didn't want to over step so I just let it go.

"Well if you say so," I scratched the nape of my neck awkwardly, "I should get home, it's getting a little late."

He looks flustered, "Ok. I hope I get to see you again."

'Cute' I thought.

"Definitely," I replied while walking away. I got some distance before I looked behind me to see he was staring at me. He shook his head and walked away.

I smiled, looking down. I hope we see each other again Ping.

*Time Skip**Next Day*

I'm in class with Pete at the moment, browsing through my phone a little.

"Pete..Kai," A girl behind us said, "Do you know that the Professor is assigning a group project of four people?"

I did not but ok?

"Would you like to join us?"

Then her friend started getting nervous, "Right....Right...Let's join us. I guarantee that we won't load too much work on you."

I hate working in group projects, mainly because I like doing it my way and if they do it their way then I could get angry.

While the girls were talking a classmate and sorta friend, Tin sat in the seat on Pete's left.

"So annoying," Tin said. I could tell this wouldn't end well and Pete was starting to get uncomfortable as well.

"Such a shame. Good looking with a bad mouth. Keep chasing people away with those mean words," One of the girls said.

Tin just ignored her and continued to look forward. Pete was talking to Tin but I didn't want to hear it. I didn't like Tin that much any way.

But one comment from Tin caught my attention.

"What have you heard from the Thai-program?"

When he said that my thoughts went straight to Ping and I secretly smiled a little. But it was gone as quickly as it appeared.

"What do you mean," I could tell Pete was getting anxious now when he said that.

"Lately, I saw you hung out with those Thai Program people. The rich people like us should befriend only with our own kind. Don't go down to be friends with those lower people." After Tin said all that I quickly stood up from my chair, creating a loud ruckus and getting everyone's attention on me.

I was beyond angry. My jaw was tense, fists clenched that they turned white and the twitch in my eye didn't go unnoticed by many.

"How dare you say such a thing. Not everyone is only after money or recognition. Some of them might just need companionship and support and I, for one, am going to be just that," I said in a low and threatening way.

Tin didn't have much of a reaction but one thing I got from his eyes was surprise.

That's right bitch. Don't mess with me right now.

I gathered my stuff and practically ran out of the room and building. I sat down on a nearby bench and just sat there thinking about everything.

"Kai," I heard a soft voice. I snapped my head up and saw it was Ping.

"What are you doing here," I asked him.

"I just got out of classes and was gonna get lunch with my friends. You?" He retaliated. I was silent for a moment.

Wait, it's lunch time?

I quickly look at my watch and it read 12:37 pm. Woah, I guess I've been lost in my thoughts for a while.

He looks at me expectingly. Should I tell him?

"A classmate of mine was making fun of the Thai-Program and I got angry. I said somethings back and stormed out. I needed to cool of for a bit," I said looking at my hands that were in my lap.

He sat down next to me and sighed a little, "Thank you for standing up for us but you didn't have to."

I looked at him surprised, "I had to because..." I paused. I didn't want him to find out that I like him, "it was the right thing to do."

He looked some what disappointed but why?

"I should probably go," I say while standing up. Before I can walk away a hand traps my arm and makes me turn around. Ping is standing and is clutching my arm.

I tense a little from the electric contact coming from him. "If you're free later tonight, would you like to have dinner with my friends and I?" He looks down with a flustered face.

I chuckle and put my pointer finger under his chin, lifting it to meet my eyes. "I would love to," I say softly.

It was then I noticed that our faces were close together and Ping bit his lip a little.

I pulled back and said, "Give me your number so I can get more of the details."

I handed my phone to him and he quickly put in his number with a bashful smile.

I smiled again and walked away, turning around to wave at him.

I can't wait for tonight.
