1 week later

Walking in to school, everyone is looking at me like always. They look at me like I don't belong, like I ran over there dog or something. I walk faster as I try to ignore there stare, accidentally bumping in to someone.
I slowly grabbed the person hand that was rea gung down.

"Hi I'm nate, nate st. Germain" he said as he pulled me up

"I'm new here do you think you can show me Round" he asked

His deep caramel skin tone brought out his eyes. I had Emily so it doesn't matter.

"Y-y-yea sure" I stuttered

Grabbing his schedule I start trying to find his locker.

"So have you been here your whole life" he asked

"Pretty much, how about you, where are you moving from". I asked

" Mississippi ". He replied

Finally find his locker I help him open it.

"So it says you have math next, so you'll need your math book".

Grabbing his stuff out of the locker he goes to close the locker but someone beat him to it. The face behind the now close locker was Emily with a mad face, staring at me.

Feeling the awkward silence nate speaks

"Well thanks for showing me to my locker, I'll see you again I guess".

And with that he walks off. Emily stood still, while continue to have a staring contest with me.
