Semblance: Dead Eye
This semblance gives Oliver the ability to be able to perfectly place his shots. When he uses it, and he uses it every shot, he feels like time is slowing down, any weakness an enemy's armor is highlighted it a golden light, and he is able to perfectly judge where to aim in order to hit the weak spots.
Other natural abilities:
He is excellent with his swords, just better with his bow, very fit, can make his own arrows.
