Chapter 1: Stuck

Waverley's POV

My name is Waverley. Waverley Davenport. Sister of Adam, Bree, and Chase Davenport. You can call me Ave for short.

I was supposed to have durability tests today. But that had to wait because I caught a cold. Tasha is so nice. She set up a spot for me in the living room and got me all cozy. Well, the good thing is that they are taking good care of me. Except for the fact that sometimes I go to reach for something and it flies across the room. So I never know when it will happen.

I'm also shorter than Chase. So Chase has been teasing me with my glitching. One time, I reached for the remote and it flew across the room towards Chase, who was getting out of the elevator, and slid right next to his feet. The normal thing to do was reach down and pick it up and walk it over to me. But no. He had to use his Molecular Kinesis to give the remote to me. Show-off.... But once I get better, I will look upon revenge.

Mr.Davenport said that I have these so called 'bionics'. I only have two that we know of, Molecular Kinesis and lightning fingers. I discovered my lightning fingers just this morning. I hated it. Well, actually, I loved it because I kinda got revenge on Chase the same time.

Ok, so I was laying on the couch all covered up and cozy while I was watching a movie with Bree. It was really sad. The cutest guy almost drowned. Adam was eating 2 burritos when Chase and him walked in.

"What movie ya watching?" Chase said walking over to us.

"Shhh....." I said shushing and shooing him away. "this is the best part!"

"Oh yea. Can you get Waverley something to drink? Mr.Davenport said that she needed to keep fluids in her." Bree said. I directed my attention to the TV.

I squealed. I was ready to see the outcome of it. They were about to find what was going on when a lot of water dumped all over on me. My fingers started to tingle. I saw lightning come from who knows where. I saw Adam and chase fall to the ground.

The black dots started taking over and I felt very dizzy and it was fuzzy all over.

I could barely hear Bree in the distance.and it sounded very echo-ey.

"Ave! Can you hear me?!" I felt something shake me. Thinking made a wave of dizziness hit me like a wall.

More black dots. I could hear wind for a split second and another voice. The voices were just fuzz.

The black dots beat me and everything went black.

So, that's what happened. Haha. I finally got chase back that time. Well sorta. He has been picking on me less. But unfortunately, Adam saw how fun it was and took over chases job. But I'll get them. Just wait. It will be good.

After the whole water and lightning incident, I woke up in my capsule and they explained everything to me. They said that Adam took it literally that I needed to keep fluids on me and chase just thought it was a good idea.

Tasha walked in the room to me and I directed my attention to her.

"Hey, honey. You feeling better?" She put her hand on my shoulder.

TASHA'S POV

I walked in the living room and saw Waverley laying down on the couch with her pajamas still on. I could tell she had just woke up not to long ago.
