Chapter 33

Sophia's Pov

Darkenss.....that's what surrounded me. I was standing in a pitch dark room. No door, no windows, no nothing....

Am I dead?

Bam!

All of a sudden a bright light came out of nowhere and shone on me. I squint my eyes shut while blocking the light with my hands.

Squinting my eyes open, I turned and took a peak at the light. It was just a small light but I noticed that it was growing.

It got bigger....and bigger and bigger....

until it covered the entire room and I finally removed my hands from my eyes before looking around. I was in a different place.

There were birds flying around, other animals playing or just walking I guess and there were trees surrounding me. The sky was clearer than ever...with no cloud to be seen. The hot sun shone on my skin while the wind hit me like waves. It was very was beautiful.

Extremely beautiful...

Where am I?

My eyes scanned the place amazed at how beautiful it was but still confused where I was. Am I in heave? Or in another country? Or another world?

"Sophia!" A familiar voice shout and I turned around to meet with the person I never thought I would see again.

"Mom?" I asked in shocked.

"Sophia" she said my name with a smile but this time opened her hands for me to hug her and I ran into her hands.

"Oh mom! How I miss you!!" I said as I hugged her tighter, afraid that she'll disappear if I let go. But she was real. I could've touch her. She was just like she was before she died.
She didn't change.

She was very beautiful and also smelled the same. Oh how I miss this.

"Mom....is this really you?" I asked after I pulled away. I was now crying. I couldn't believe I was hugging her.

"Oh honey....you've grown so big!" She said after wiping my tears away and cupping my cheeks.

"Mom.....it's really you" I cried still overwhelm by her sudden appearance.

"Yes honey, it's Really me" she said back and I looked up to her face.

"Where am I?" I asked now averting my eyes from her to my surroundings again.

"You're with me honey. This is where I live. I'm waiting for you" she responded and I give her a confused look.
