Are We Cursed? (Loki X Reader)

Chapter 7

The man pushed me over to the red chair and i sat down. "Wait-" i said, but he already walked out of the room.

I sat for a while, silence, i drummed on the chair. Then voices outside the door, they got louder, people were arguing. The door opened and i almost jumped out of my seat. Thor stood there staring at me, it was nice to see someone who wasn't chasing me around. "What are you doing here?" He asked. "Well I got taken here against my will so I'm not sure what I'm doing here".

"Is Loki with you?"

"Obviously not!"

Thor looked around the room, "Well he likes to shape shift.." He kicked one of the chairs slightly.

"What are you doing?" I said getting up. He shrugged, "Not him...Anyway. I suppose you know why I'm in here, surely Bucky told you?". Is he talking about the guy who said a few words and left me here? They really need to get better explainers in this place if that's the case. "If your talking about the man with a metal arm and long hair, he explained nothing except the concept of this room".

Thor stood there looking around, "Well. Isn't he a bowl full of sunshine" he said with a deep laugh.

I walked around the room towards the door, I can't tell if its locked. Why would they lock Thor in with me then? Or anyone with someone they're interrogating. Might as well try something, since the big fool is kicking around chairs. I reached over turning the knob quietly as possible, it opened right up. I looked back at Thor, distracted by the light above, I looked to each side no one there. My chance is now, at this point I'm winging it. I bolted to the right, towards a stairway, busting through a door. Before reaching the bottom my arm grew with pain.

My whole body shook violently as I fell down a few steps. It was a damn electric shock bracelet. Strange stood over me, "Nice try". Where did he even come from? Does he teleport?

He flicked his wrists and I got off the ground, I still can't move, can't even speak. We went back up the stairs into the room. Thor still stood around poking objects. "Dammit Thor! Stop and keep track of people for once!".

Thor turned around with a grimace expression, "Sorry". Strange put me down into the chair then walked out the door swiftly. My head hung, my whole vision and mind was dazed. Thor walked over nudging me, "Hey you gotta stay awake for what I'm about to do". I looked at him confused, "What do you mean?" my voice sounded horse. Thor grabbed my waist lifting his arm into the air.

We flew straight our the top of the building. I screamed clutching onto him, "Oh what the fuck?!". Thor laughed as we flew through the air.

All the fatigue and daze in my mind was left on the ground below. I looked back to see the tower shine red on half the floors with a loud alarm, booming through the whole city. Tall buildings disappeared turning into small houses, then an empty field. Thor slowly descended down to the ground, and a little away stood Loki. Hair still slicked back while he wore a black suit with a wide smile. I dropped to the ground staring straight at Loki, "You!" I yelled pointing at him. Loki's smile disappeared, "What do you mean?". My pace quickened towards him, "I was stuck with a wizard who shocked me, a man with a fake heart, a ninja woman, and whatever your brother is, then put in a room saying I'm gonna get my memories back! I don't even know if I want my memories yet! And y-you're no where near?! I can't-" He cut me off "(Y/N), I'm terribly sorry dear". He tilted my chin to meet his icy blue eyes, "Don't hate me for this" he whispered leaning down. Our lips met, I closed my eyes as his hands moved through my hair. He pulled away slightly for air, he opened his eyes as Thor coughed from afar. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but you all should find somewhere to go quickly. Most of S.H.E.I.L.D will be onto you" with that he flew away.

"Your not gonna be mad at me for long are you?" Loki said cupping my face. I sighed "No, i know you cant always be here to save me". "Good, now let's go get some stuff from the apartment and be on our way".

I nodded as he pulled me with him to the smoke.

This was the first time I've written a kiss scene so I apologize if it sucked. I spent a while trying to write it while getting reference to create that. This chapter is also kinda short too so sorry about that .
