This book(including all chapters, prologues, epilogues, fanfics, teasers, and every other thing not mentioned etc) belongs to ME.
I have spent(and am still spending) a lot of time writing it, so don't even THINK about stealing it (Believe me you do not want to steal it).
You can go to jail for any unauthorized broadcasting, distribution, selling... blah blah blah (it's called copyright infringement).
And I will take you to my secret underground basement (why is it called an underground basement when a basement is always underground?) And I'll torture you for a year or two(details not needed).
