Here I am, on a flight to Atlanta with Charles. I can't believe I left home without saying goodbye to anybody. "You okay, babe?" Champ questioned as I looked out the window.
I nodded my head, taking a big sigh, realizing that my life is drastically changing. "I'm good." I answered quietly, but was I? Tae came back from Atlanta just for me and Ari and look where the hell I'm on my way to.
Bitches won't even be the same no more, I definitely won't have the same type of friends that I left in Chicago.
Atlanta 9:32 am Champ's Townhouse
Keyshia grabbed her bags out the backseat as Charles grabbed the rest out the trunk. "Follow me." He stated, leading the way to his doorstep.
Keyshia followed behind Champ, still lost in her thoughts as he got the front door open. "Keyshia." He walked into the house but looked back as he didn't hear her footsteps.
Charles sat her bags down before stepping back outside. "Everything's gonna be fine. I want you to stop worrying." He grabbed her shoulders so she could face him.
Keyshia snapped out of her thoughts, her vision had started to get blurry from tears. "Of course you'll say that, I just left my whole family behind for you.............. Ugh, what the fuck is wrong with me?" She pulled away from him, walking into his house.
Charles shook his head, realizing that her attitude is off the chain. "I know." Keyshia snapped her head in his direction, letting him know that he thought out loud.
Keyshia looked around the house, picking up her bags. "This is nice tho. Definitely ain't no damn event planner fa sho." She mumbled, staring at the kitchen.
Charles grabbed Keyshia's bags out her hand so he could take them to his bedroom. "Shit, I thought my goddamn condo was nice. That doesn't even compare." She roamed around the kitchen. It was mostly white and gray with stainless steel appliances. Lights were hanging over the island that sat in the middle of the kitchen.
