Have you ever been up late at night and just put an icepak on your forehead or just under your eyes?
If not, you're missing out. It feels great. It's like all the nasty thoughts inside my head are frozen and silenced, at least for a little bit.
Then when the cold fades away and the raging storms or spring come in, it's all creeping back in.
The way a burglar creeps into a sleeping house, the silence.
The echoing footsteps are the only thing to be heard before all hell breaks loose.
So why don't you try that icepak.
