Yes, if jojo was just a big 4th wall break this would probably happen. Ghiaccio hates English, and talks about the Italian words. Problem is, since JoJo's comes from Japan they have Japanese dubs. Ghiaccio would probably say something along the lines of:
"You know what?? That's fucking it. I'm Italian, ranting about English versions of Italian words, SO WHY THE FUCK AM I TALKING JAPANESE, HUH? IT MAKES NO DAMN SENSE, BUNCH OF FUCKERS! I'M ITALIAN SO MAKE ME SPEAK ITALIAN! THIS SHIT PISSES ME OFF!"
