UTAPRI: Tokiya x Reader

Ch 1

I sighed as the moon peeked out from behind the dark, gray clouds. I had just found out that the members of STARISH were going on a world tour. They would be gone for nearly a year, going around the world.

"North America, South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and... and Europe." I whispered. "He's going to Paris, the city of love... without me!"

Well, technically, we weren't a couple... Yet! Ever since I've enter the Master course and had met the STARISH crew, I fell in love with Ichinose Tokiya. But, it wasn't fair. He didn't have his heart set on mine. Like everyone else in the crew, he was in love with Haruka Nanami. The clueless, innocent, annoying, all up in your business Haruka Nanami. She was pretty with her pinkish hair and green and honey eyes. But... But I had (h/c), (e/c), (list 3 good traits), but... I also had (name three flaws).

I sighed. "What's up with her?" I cried into the silent night. "What's up with Nanami-senpai?" I said a little softer.

Then I started to sing.

Tsubasa wo hirogeta kimi ga iru

Demo sono tsubasa wa kuroku omoku

Unmei ni kimi wa oshitsubusaresou

Tasuketai, sukuitai, ore ni dekiru nara

I cried silently as I looked up to the stars. 'Kataomoi...'

3rd person POV

Tokiya looked toward the singing. It's was perfect. He could feel the heart put into it. He hated it. Not it, more like her.

____________ just pissed him off so much for no reason. It's hard to keep his cool when he's around her. Sure they were friends, but, that was kind of forced. Maybe it was the fact that she was so freaking perfect that pissed him off. She didn't have a freaking flaw!

For instance, when she came into the Master course just a few months after they won the UtaPri Award.

*Flashback*

They were in the practice room, Nanami was playing the piano, as usual, while they sang along. QUARTET NIGHT was watching them practice, which they did whenever they had time.

There was the sound of maniacal laughing, and Shining Saotome appeared out of nowhere as usual.

"Prince-tachi!" He said, he, Ringo, and Ryuya appearing. "There is a new student coming today, right now, may I present ________ __________!"

And there she was. (H/c) hair in a high ponytail, she was wearing a plain white cotton skirt, purple sweater, thigh high socks, and slouch boots. She was all smiles. "__________ __________~ desu! Yorishiku onegai shimasu!" She bowed.

Naturally, Natsuki had went up first and gave her a hug. "KAWAII!" He said. "Shinomiya Natuski~desu!"

Next was Ren, who took her hand a kissed it. "Hajimaimashite, Koneko-chan. Jinjugi Ren desu." She blushed.

Next was Reiji and Otoya who threw their names at her at the same time. "Ore wa-" they said at the same time. "Ittoki Otoya-" "Reiji Kotobuki-" "YOROSHIKU!"

"Ore wa Hijirikawa Masato." Masato said, holding out a hand, which she shook.

"Syo Kurusu," Syo said, giving a small wave from where he was.

"Cecil Aijima!" Cecil said, waving also

"Nanami Haruka desu!" Nanami said, bowing.

"Camus," Camus said, not even caring to give his other name.

"Ranmaru Kurosaki," Ranmaru said, not even looking at her.

"Mikaze Ai," Ai said, studying her vey hard.

"Ichinose Tokiya," Tokiya said, waving.

Nobody noticed her eyes brighten as she looked at him.

"Anta mo shitemasu," Ai announced. "You're the girl who graduated Saotome Academy in three months."

Everyone's jaw dropped. "Three months?!"

Tokiya's hand tightened. As Ai said she graduated and debuted better than STARISH had, and took BOTH courses. God, he hated her.

*End of Flashback*

"Tokiya!" Otoya called, brining his friend out of his revere.

The rest of the STARISH members came up to him. "Ara, is that ___________-san?"

"She's sleeping on the balcony!" Otoya cried again.

"We should bring her in, she could catch a cold." Natsuki said, each of them hurried off the the girls' dorm rooms. Tokiya went reluctantly.

"Ne, ne, minna," Natsuki said. "I think that ________-san will be sooo happy when she learns of that news!"

"Mmmhhh!" Everyone chorused, Tokiya barely made the sound.

"What do think of ______________-san?" Natsuki asked again. "I like the fact that she likes kawaii things and that she's kawaii herself!"

"I like how brave she is," Syo said, smiling. "I remember that last week my hat got blown away to the top of the tall pine tree, and she jumped from the roof to the pine tree without a second thought."

"Her aura," Cecil said. "It's like the Muses have blest her."

Ren smirked. "As Nacchan said," he said. "But she's more than cute. I like her hips, and her chest, and her lips, and-"

"Jinguji!" Masato scolded.

"What? I don't mean to offend the Little Lamb, but, Koneko-chan has a better body."

Tokiya held in his anger. How could he compare her to Nanami?!

Masato 'humphed' and said, "I like her musical talent. Her songs seemed to speak from the heart."

"Hmmm...." Otoya said. "I guess I like how she gets along with everyone."

Everyone looked to a Tokiya. "How about you, Icchi?" Ren asked.

Oh, kami-sama I need to think of something fast! He thought. "Ano... I like how she is perfect, maybe." He said. No, that's why I hate her!

Masato opened the door to her room, and Ren carried her to her bed. Otoya had fluffed her pillow and pulled back her sheets. Once she was placed in the bed, Natsuki tucked her in.

"Oyasuminasai," they whispered, closing the door.
