Tama
It's been two years now since me and Uyeda started dating. Everyone was happy about it... Well almost everyone. Mimiko wasn't the most supportive of mine and Uyeda's relationship. Defiantly not by a long shot. We moved the group from the barn to a more secure building farther away from the city.
Today was a big supply run for our group so we gathered everyone who can go and got ready. Our group had gone from only ten people to twenty-five. We had slowly recruited people in our way. Many of them having their own amazing powers of their own.
I was their leader along with Nao being my right hand man. Only my original group was heading for the supply run. Leaving only Toshi to run our camp while we were gone.
"Hey, Tama! Wait for me!" The familiar voice of Uyeda called as she ran up to my side with a goofy looking grin on her freckled face.
I looked down at the red head to also see a horribly wrapped box in her hands. "What's in that?" I asked curiously glancing at the box.
Uyeda giggled, "It's for you..." She held the gift out for Tama to take but before she could grab a hold of the box she pulled it back. " Oh, and you'll have to wait after the supply run to open it... Ok?"
I groaned "whhhhyyyyyyy.... I wanna know nowwwwww!!!!" I whined like a child at my girlfriend. She gave a laugh before shaking her head that made her red locks shake along with her. I sighed angrily and reluctantly agreed not to open it until the supply run.
"Thank you... Now, let's get the move on." She giggled pulling along to the others.
*Time skip...
"Alright! Now, let's split into five groups of two. Me and Uyeda are heading to the Pharmacy. The rest of you head into the food and clothing areas. Let's head in." I commanded . Once we entered the building i felt another hand tug on mine.
"Tama... I have a bad feeling about this place..." Uyeda whispered, I nodded before pulling her song too the Pharmacy in the back.
It's been a good twenty minutes since we've arrived and the longing feeling to get out just gets stronger every second.
BANG!!!
My heart dropped when the sound of a gunshot reached my ears. A scream arose beside me only milliseconds after the gunshot. My eyes widened when I landed on Uyeda. Right were her lungs are was a bullet hole. On instinct i grabbed her and we his new behind the Pharmacy counter.
"T-tama...." Her weak voice hit me like an eighteen wheeler.
'she's not gonna make it out of this building...' The thought of leaving her here made me sick.
More gun shots sounded from around the building. My blood boiled and before I knew it I jumped over the counter with my own guns in hand. My eyes landed in my attackers, before they knew what happened they were already dead. Tears ran down my pale face as I ran by my dead friends.
Q I turned a corner. 'four...five...' More people up ahead blocked my path. Aiming my guns I rounded out the last of my amo on the people in front of me.
"TAMA!!" Mimiko yelled as she tackled me in a bone crushing hug. A growl erupted from my throat as I shoved her off me.
"Get to the front of the building...Now!"
