chapta 2: the new girl

Tama

  In a moment's notice, we all raced out of the building.
  
  "What the hell was that?!" Yuu growled searching the small area we were in.

  "The scream sounded like it came from over by the van..." Uyeda replied.

  I nodded as I pointed to the vans window. Everyone looked in to see the blonde headed girl awake and squirming frantically. "Welp... guess that answers our questions.." Yuu chuckles lightly as he ran a hand threw his dark hair.

"Ya think." Emiko sighed.

I smiled before opening the vans side door to try and calm the squirming girl...
But, let's say that didn't go as planned when a boot met with my stomach, which sent my to the ground groaning in pain.

"Tama!? Hey are okay?!" Uyeda gasped helping me from the hard ground. My eyes narrowed at the blonde.
 
  I nodded before grabbing the blonde by one of the ropes around her wrists and roughly yanked her from the van and onto the concrete ground. She gasped at the sudden action.

  "Saturo... Get the cloth from her mouth." I growled with a monotoned voice.
He sighed before taking the cloth that had been keeping the blonde girl's mouth shut . I instantly regretted my decision cause once it was off she screamed like she was being cut into.

  I forced my hand over her mouth. "Stay quiet, princess." I groaned. Her blue hues was staring into my hazel ones. Though they held fear she nodded in attempt to have me remove my hand. I did just that.

  "W-who are you p-people?!" She squeaked making my heart flutter a bit. 'wait what am I feeling?! The asshole kicked me in the God damn stomach just a minute ago!!' I thought.

  "People who saved your ass from being a snack." Emiko replied in a shockingly rude tone for her small figure.
 
  The blonde looked confused for a moment only to have it replaced by a look of realization. "Wait... You people saved me from those... things?" She responded. I nodded, lightly picking her up and sat her into the can once more. "T-thank you... I guess." Her voices faltered for a seconded.

  "What's your name, Blondie?" Kanzuno asked. The blonde looked up at us as she furrowed her brows.

  "You all first." She shot back. A smirk spread against my face.

  "Lets save introductions for another time, will we? We have some supplies to gather." I turned to the blonde, looking her from top to bottom. She quickly noticed my action and narrowed her eyes.
"What's your size, princess?" I chuckled.

"Excuse me?" She retorted, crossing her thin arms against her chest. I rolled my eyes and closed the van door and decide to just gather all types of clothing,... Just so I could get her correct size of clothing.

*time skippy....

  "Excuse me, can you people at least untie me?" She groaned and so did Emiko, which I'm sure does not like the blonde.

  "Hmmm... Can we trust you, princess?" I answered back. Her face scrunched as if she was cringing at her new found Nick name.

  "Will you stop calling me a princess. You clearly see I'm not. And yes I'm positive that you can trust me." The blonde growled shifting in her seat uncomfortably trying to untie herself.

  "Heh, you sure act like a princess,...princess. Plus, we don't even know your name yet... So can we trust you... Seeing you've already untied yourself." I chuckled in a cocky tone as the blondes blue hues widened in surprise.

  "How'd you know?" She asked I a small voice. I chuckled as i turned in my seat too face her and Emiko. I nudged my head to Emiko.

  "We are most certainly the most spacial people you'll ever meet. Emiko here has telepathy. She told me exactly what you were thinking at the time you were untieing  yourself." The blonde looked at Emiko with a surprised expression plastered into her features.

  "What about you and the other seven of your group?" She asked cautiously, knowing that she was already on my bad side from the hit tho the stomach earlier today.

  "Me? I have a special electrical current in my body that can transport electricity from my body to anywhere i wish it tho go.  Saturo can explain his ability." I sighed nodding over to the male driving the van.

  "It really ain't that special but ight allows me to bend and shape any gas like elements. Like air. I can suffocate any being in earth by taking all the oxygen from their lungs." He responded with a carefree tone. You'd think that Saturo would have super strength but no. He could bend gas elements and in all honesty he is probably one of our smartest in the group.

  "Huh...that's actually... to People like me... Incredible. Doing anything like that is just... Comic book like." The blonde chuckled lightly. A smile made its way into Saturo's face. "What about the others? Do they have these powers as well?" She asked politely.

  "Yup, but we can explain this later. Now what is your name? If tell me I'll tell you mine. You already know Emiko and Saturo's." I sighed starting into the girls hues.

  She gulped before nodding. "M-my names, Mimiko. Now yours?"

  "It's Tama. Short for Tamagashia. Now we relax and enjoy this messed up world." I sighed.

  "Tama...you guys there?" Kanzuno's voice erupted from the walkie talkie. I raised a eyebrow before answering.

  " Yeah, what's up?"

  "Can we pull off and set up like a camp or something? We're getting a bit tired. Yuu is already out and dancing in dream land." He reported. I glanced over to Saturo who shrugged.

  "Yeah. I guess we can stop for the night. We'll pull off in the clearing up ahead." I responded, Emiko and Mimiko sighed with relief at the sound of getting some rest.
