#1 Make sure you're in a positive mindset
Not everyone is able to simply flick a switch and they're happy, nor am I asking you to do that. However, upbeat music or a goal can make you more determined to do your best!
First, ask yourself why are you studying? If it's because of pressure, that's alright, but you should focus on your dreams the most. Studying can make some people happy, while others will feel drained because of it. Don't force yourself to be someone you're not.
Second, find a goal. Are you wanting to be admired, valedictorian, or to get a high GPA? Then imagine how you'll feel after your walking into college knowing you were dedicated while others weren't. You made your dream come true by your own hard work alone, no one else's.
Third, surround yourself with positive people. You don't have to go out and make friends, don't worry! Just read uplifting quotes, watch YouTube, or maybe even leave a bunch of positive comments on a person's account. They might even begin to spread the positivity from there.
