Aarohi's POV:
The next day I went to college a little earlier as today the lists were going to be displayed and my friends were so desperate to see the class they got. I was pretty normal about it as I don't have any problem with the seniors, I just want my best friends with me, that's all. And Aaryan? No, I don't want him in my class.
Though I showed like I don't care about it, I was secretly excited to see the class he got. What if we are in the same class? I kept aside my thoughts and went to see the list displayed on the notice board. As I went there I saw everyone dying to see that list. What the hell! There was a lot of rush and so me and my friends waited for some time hoping that the rush will get clear soon but no, it didn't. Instead, more students came in the line. The level of patience. I waited, waited and waited and then finally the rush got a little cleared. Apeksha went and took the pictures of the list. When she came back I snatched her phone and started seeing the list. She glared at me but didn't say anything.
“Yay, we are in the same class,” I said giving her a high-five. We then looked further and realised that Riya was not with us. She pouted looking at us.
“I will miss you,” I said, but she didn't reply for few seconds and then spoke again.
“Stop acting like you are sad when you are the happiest here. I saw the list as well and I know everything.” She said and a smile crossed my lips. She was indeed talking about Aaryan. He was in my class as well and it was the first thing I saw in the list.
“Oh no. I'm definitely not sitting with you for those two lectures.” Apeksha stated. Riya laughed while I just glared at her.
“No, I won't let you go,” I said grabbing her hand.
“Then promise me, you won't say anything about him to me.” She demanded but as I knew it was not possible, I didn't reply her anything.
“Oh god. Please help me today.” She said dramatically causing me to laugh again. After that, I said bye to Riya, and then we went to our respective classes. We went and sat on the second last bench as other seats were mostly filled. Everyone looked so happy and all were busy chatting with each other.
I waited for Aaryan to come, but he was not here yet. Will he attend the lectures? I guess no. After some time the teacher came as well and I became sure that Aaryan is not attending today's lecture.
“Thank god,” Apeksha murmured.
“Shut up,” I said while glared at her.
“Wasn't it just yesterday where you said that you want to forget him?” She asked in taunt.
“I am trying,” I replied causing an another glare from her.
“Now keep quiet. I'm already sad.” I said, but she just shook her head and started looking sideways. The teacher came in the centre and was about to say something but was stopped by some students standing in the door.
“May I come in, ma'am.” The voice said, and I was not able to control my happiness. He is here, he is really here! Yes yes yes!
“Hell no,” Apeksha murmured again.
“Come in.” The teacher replied. All seats were occupied except for the seat behind us. Aaryan and his friends had no option other than sitting there. As I saw him coming towards my direction I started blushing already.
“You better don't act stupid,” Apeksha warned and I got back to my senses. Yes yes, I'm trying to forget him. His presence should not affect me at all. He is a bad boy and I want to forget him. I tried to keep a straight face and concentrated on the teacher.
