Peter has been living with Tony for 3 weeks now, he'd help him out with upgrading some things around the towers and even the one for the avengers. His aunt was out working and needed some peace and quite, at the same time she was scared for Peter with the fact he is spiderman and now there's the avengers who most villains want to kill.
Peter was woken up by Tony, the man that most young people looked up to for being the smartest one alive at his time--err smartest person on earth I mean- Tony grinned unlike usual which made Peter suspicious.
"Mr. Stark what's wrong?" He asked out of habit, shielding his eyes from the horribly bright light.
"Just call me Tony you make me feel old when you call me Mr. Stark." He rolled his eyes in a joking manner.
Tony did start to realized how gental he has became after meeting the kid, he'd normally smile, laugh and just show much more emotion than he'd do with Pepper. He told Peter to never mention it to any of the avengers or Pepper.
"Anyway I just wanted to wake you up." Peter groaned and Tony chuckled slightly. "And you're not going to school today I called in saying you where sick."
Peter Lazily nodded and sat up rubbing his eyes.
"What time is it?" He asked.
"Half 6, why?" Tony asked turning around to leave.
"Have you been up all night?" The spider questioned getting out of the bed and grabbing a top from one of his drawers.
"I've been working on a new part for the Iron suit(?), I'm almost done it and I need to fix some of the coding." He shrugged leaving the room with Peter following behind him.
They walked down the hall and into the elevator and went to the place made strickly for the people with an alpha pass, where most of the avengers would hang out and eat.
Peter stumbled his way to the sofa and flopped onto it hating the fact he didn't bring his blanket.
"F. R. I. D. A. Y. Turn off Peter's alarm for today."
"On it."

Steve was working in the training room with Peter, practicing hand to hand combat, swords etc.
Clint was helping Peter with learning how to use a bow and arrow, Pete wanted to learn.
"Sooo, what's with you and Tony?" Clint asked taking a drink from his bottle of water.
"What about us?" Peter asked shooting a Web onto the ceiling and sitting on it after staring at Clint and Steve even stopped his training.
"You and Tony seem to be connected." Steve said.
"What he means is, he has a heart around you." Clint joked, Steve laughed slightly then cleared his throat.
"Oh, you all noticed that?" He asked nervously. They both nodded their heads.
"What is he to you? Friend? Boss? A father? Or some rich person?" Clint asked wanting some answers.
"A father." The spider said with out thinking, the he caught on to what he has just said his face went a bit red from embarrassment. "I MEAN FRIEND-" he tried to cover up.
"Awww you see him as a dad?" Nat asked walking in along side Wanda. "That's cute."
"Wait he isn't Tony's son?!" Bruce asked, Nat had played a trick on him and pressed all the buttons on the elevator so he'd been stopping at every level.
"You actually thought that?" Clint asked raising an eyebrow.
"They made it seem believable!" He defended as the elevator door finally closed again. Peter didn't know what to say so he got off the roof and jumped onto the ground and slowly slid away from the avengers and into the (extra)elevator.
After awhile the elavator stopped at the random floor and Tony walked in raising an eyebrow at the boy.
"What's up with you?" Tony asked not even pressing a number when he realized he and Pete where heading to the same floor.
"Nothing." He lied with a smile.
"You're still bad at lying." He pointed out with his usual 'I don't care' look.
"N-no seriously Mr. Sta-"
"Tony." He corrected, Pete nodded his head with a nervous smile. "But fine, if its really nothing I'll leave you be, and if it's actually something bad I will personally send my suit after you again." Tony said putting his right hand on Peter's right shoulder.
The elevator doors opened and the two walked out, Peter flopped back onto the common rooms sofa while Tony went to get his 10th cup of coffee for the day. (moreless 2-3 days but he hasn't slept so Thor counted it as 1 day) right after he got his drink he sat next to the teen.
"I'm telling you they must be up too something!" Clint whispered to Nat.
(Peter can hear this because of his enhanced hearing.)
"Fine I believe you." She sighed defeated, Clint grinned and ran up the last few steps and walked into the common room after swiping his pass.
"I swear if I hear you guys on about the whole SpiderSon- thing I'm walking out that door." Tony called over to his friends as Peter lazily leaned against his Hero, and many others Hero, and wanted to fall asleep.
"Noooooooooo..." Clint dragged out the word with a smile.
"I'd like to see you disturb him from a sleep." Nat teased motioning to the half asleep boy next to Tony. The genius looked to his side noticing his kid was half asleep next to him and smiled softly.

Tony looked about it his friends and his face immediately changed back to a normal I don't care anymore.
"Now that will be my background." Nat laughed saving the picture to her phone and walked away.
"Is he your son of something?" Clint asked sitting on the other chair.
"What? No!" Tony whispered. "He lives with his Aunt and shes just doing job things so I'm keeping an eye on the boy." He asked putting his arm around the half asleep kid.
"Oh, what happened his family?"
"Well, his mother was killed in a crash crash... Maybe the father was also? I can't remember." Tony sighed feeling bad for the boy.
"Oh, that's a lot to go through for someone that young," Clint mumbled. "Soo, you just act like he's your son?"
"Fair enough you do act like a dad figure to me." Peter mumbled snuggling further against his mentor. "Could I call you Dad?" Peter asked opening his eyes slightly and looking up at Tony.
"Well- Only if I can call you my son."
"You already do that." Peter laughed closing his eyes.

"Sooo... Adoption?" Clint asked.
"I don't think Aunt May would let that happen."
