Peter walked into school and right into the hall, parents where everywhere while Peter was by himself they got to chill in the hall with their parents for an hour and a half before they head to there classes and get the presentation over with. It was the second worst day for Peter, the other one would be mother's day or fathers day... So 3 days actually.
Peter walked through the crowd to find Ned and ran into MJ. She gave him a quick hug then pushed him away making him confused but ignored it with a blush and went to find Ned. On his was to find his friend he got a text message from Thor.

What do you mean 5 minutes late im in school?

Peter stood confused for 5 minutes or soo before he found Ned, well Ned found him. They stood and talked for awhile until the room went silent, the young Nerds turned around to see Steve grabbing Tony by the arm. (In Tony's defence he got lost 10 times and Pepper was at a meeting)
After not even a minute of silence people started rushing over to the two avengers. Tony raised his hand as per usual making everyone go quite while Steve was like a body guard even though people wanted to ask him questions also.
"Everyone go back to whatever you where doing." he commanded, most people where understanding the struggles of being famous and wanting to seem like a normal person for a day. But the kids where staring at them with their mouths wide open. Rolling his eyes Tony walked past everyone and finally got to Peter.
"Heya Pete." He greeted placing a hand on the boys shoulder.
"I'm going to go back to Thor, if he flying through one more window I'm gonna loose it." Steve said walking away.
"Why are you here?"
"Because May texted me saying she couldn't make it to parents day and felt bad so she asked if I could go." Tony explained. "Oh hello Ned."
"H-hi-hi." Ned studdered out.
"Can we just leave? There's a new burger place down the street."
"Are you his gaurdian or something?" MJ asked.
"Well I don't come here for nobody, May gave me some gaurdian ship over this kid." He smiled ruffling up Peter's hair.
"Oh come on I actually bothered doing my hair today." Peter groaned trying to fix his hair.
"I noticed, how much gel do you need?" Tony and Ned laughed while MJ just smiled softly.
"Sure let's leave." Peter said while Tony waved Ned and MJ off and walked ahead.
"This is far better than having aunt May here for parents day." Peter laughed.
"I got to meet Tony Stark- THE TONY STARK." Ned started fanboying, Peter rolled his eyes with a smile and started walking way to catch up with Tony.
By the time Peter left the hall he felt a presents behind him, he acted like he didn't notice until they got outside and he was pushed onto the ground.
"Who's the actor you hired huh?!" He asked standing on Peter's wrist, before the spider could respond there was a sound Peter was very used to at this point, didn't help that it was loud thou, Tony had shot a warning lazer to the left of the boys. The billionaire had one of the Iron man hands on and stood their unimpressed.
"Could an actor pull off that? I don't think so. Now get the fuck off my kid." He growled pushing the boy off Peter. And pulling the spider back to his feet.
"You better stay away from Pete or that won't be a warning shot this time and I'll make sure it won't be." Tony said in an unusual calm tone. "Now if you excuse us me and Peter have a food place to try out." he said still calm, dragging Peter away from the kid. Tony didn't talk to someone about it because he threatened to shoot the fucker.
