Bartholomew (5 hours left)

I yawn and attempt to stretch but my arms are constricted, I slowly open my eyes and see Mona asleep with my arms around her.

How did this happen?

Then all the memories from the previous hours came rushing back to me like a tidal wave.

My past.

My mother.

Chris.

Everything.

After the memories come back, I sit up and look around the room, mainly looking at the clock. In big numbers,

5hrs:24mins:12secs

Dang, only 5 more hours with her.

Wait, what?

I physically shake my head and stand stretching out, then heading to the bathroom. After I do my business I walk out of the bathroom, only to see Mona panicking sitting on the bed shaking. Her back was facing me.

I rush over and look at her, her big eyes look at me and I see her physically relax.

"I'm here, okay?" I say quietly rubbing her back soothingly.

She nods slowly and then my stomach decides to make itself known.She bursts out laughing while I felt my face heat up.

"Sh- shut -shut u-up!" I stutter standing and walking into the kitchen.

"Ay! Yo! Bart!" I hear Mona say in a 'gangster tone' I roll my eyes and laugh lightly,

"what Mona?"

"Can you help me in the kitchen? I don't like touching the walls, they feel weird." She says quietly, I smile and walk over to her, grab her hand and lead her to the kitchen, helping her find her seat at the table. I hear her murmur 'thank you' and her cheeks tint pink.

Adorable. Wait, what?! I can't think that! Something will happen if I fall for her, it's a stupid rule.

I begin looking for the ingredients to make pancakes, cause, who doesn't love pancakes? And begin cooking.

I hear footsteps behind me and see Mona from the corner of my eye, I know she's trying to scare me.

I don't get scared.

I do the scaring.

I smirk and grab a handful of flour, turn around quickly a throw it in her face. I start laughing quietly, trying to be discreet. Until she opens her big eyes and flour flies off and she blows a cloud of flour out her mouth. She has flour in her dark bangs and curls, it's hilarious.

I coudn't hold it in, I doubled over laughing loudly, I was crying!

I look up and watch as Mona smirks and grabs two eggs. Before I could stop her, she slams them onto my head, ruining my amazing hair, she then starts laughing.

It's on.

~~~30 seconds later~~~~

Mona has eggs and flour in her hair and somehow chocolate got in the mix, but she has melted chocolate on her cheeks and neck. I on the other hand have eggs in my hair, flour down my shirt, and chocolate all over my face.

I take my shirt off to get the flour out. I glance up at Mona and see her trying to check me out.

Too bad she doesn't have her glasses.

I stand up and walk over to Mona who starts blushing like crazy, its adorable.

She looks up at me with her big doe eyes after shaking the flour out of her hair, she honestly looks hot.

I step closer, chest to chest to be exact and push some hair behind her hair. Then my thoughts erupt into an argument.

Kiss her.

MR. HERZ RULE.

Kiss her.

MR. HERZ RULE.

"Screw it" I say loudly grabbing Mona's hip with my left hand and cup her cheek with my right and slam my lips to hers.

She immediately kisses me back. Our lips mold together like freaking clay it's perfect. Her arms snake up around my neck and rubs my hair.

I smile into the kiss and feel her smile as well. While we were kissing, I realized something.

I really like her.

Maybe even love?

I don't want these 24 hours to end. I want it like this all the time.

Just me,

And her.

Together.

She suddenly breaks the kiss for a breath, but do you honestly think I stopped there?

Nope.

I start kissing her jaw and then her neck and nip at one spot, making her squeak. I smirk and go back up to kiss her, both my hands now on her hips, pulling her closer to me.

Her hands are still in my hair and she pulls a little making a low grumble come out, I felt her smirk against my lips.

"So, you're breaking the rule now, eh?" A loud voice booms in the room, we both freeze in our spots with our lips stil touching, I felt sparks! It was amazing.

"Hello? You frozen now because you've been caught?" The voice teases as both Mona and I took a step away from each other at the same time.

"What do you want? Why are we here?" Mona says loudly walking in a small circle, she then looks at me and quietly says, "is he in here?"

"no" I say back slowly grabbing her hand.

"Why, my dear, you both won the raffle!! Now, if I catch you breaking the rule again, the punishment will start. I'm a good man, this is a warning." He says as his dark voice echoes throughout the room.

"Now I am a busy man, I must leave. See you in 4 hours!" He says as we hear a click.

"What's gonna happen, Bart?" Mona says quietly.

I step closer to her and hug her murmuring, "I don't know but you'll be okay, alright?" I feel her nod slowly.

"Why won't they let us be together? What else would they expect I mean even though we met yesterday, I feel like I've known you my whole life. You make me laugh and I forget about my past." She says quietly and sniffles. I hug her closer, resting my chin ontop of her head, rubbing her back soothingly.

"I don't know, but I'll fight for you, if I have to."
