Ashley POV
The meeting was finally over after 3 long hours of talking about how to bring our packs together and make them stronger. I honestly don't think anybody but the alpha really cared. I stood next to Zach as we walked around meeting the other pack members.
I saw Abby from across the room meeting the lunar moon pack. I knew I shoudn't even be looking at her she already had a mate but I wanted her. I shook hands with the dark fang packs alpha feeling my hands get clammy as we walked towards the alpha and his mate.
"I'm so glad I got to see you again we need to hang out soon" Troy said hugging Zach I've never seen him so happy.
"Hi I'm Abby" the beautiful girl said extending her hand to me I wiped the sweat off my hand taking hers. Her hands were soft and friendly.
"Ashley" I said smiling
"Give me your number we should hang out soon" he said I felt my heart skip a beat this girl is giving me a heart murmur. I pulled out my phone giving to her and she began to type.
"Ready Ash" Zach said I looked back into those mesmurizing ocean blue eyes smiling slightly
"Yeah let's go" I said walking towards the car. We got in and her face flashed across my mind.
"Ash were you okay in there you looked distant " he said as he began to drive
"Yeah it was just a really boring meeting" I lied looking out of the window watching the trees pass by. My phone went off and a text message from the girl last night showed up.
Miss me yet
A smirk grew on my face as Abby left my mind.
"Hey could you drop me off somewhere" I said to Zach earning a look. Maybe this would help me forget about her.
Damien POV
I slowly got out of bed my head still throbbing. I felt like shit I probably looked like it too. The doorbell rang from downstairs. I walked to the front door opening it to see the boy from yesterday.
"Oh just who I wanted to see" he said handing me a container of brownies I chuckled slightly looking at him
"What are these for" I said gesturing he come in. He walked in the door rubbing the back of his neck. Without realizing I began to check him out. He wore black jeans and white converse with a heart on the side. A denim jacket covered his plain white long sleeve and a chain dangled from his neck. His hair was still split evenly down the middle showing off his features.
"These are my I'm sorry I gave you drugs please forgive me brownies" he said chuckling I set the brownies on the counter.
"Brownies accepted " I said a wide smile planted on my face
"Let me make it up to you" he said a friendly smile decorating his face. I raised an eyebrow in question taking a bite of the brownie. They were like heaven.
"Let me take you out" he said my eyes widened slightly
"I'm straight" I said my heart rate rising quickly he chuckled deeply
"It doesn't have to be a date doll face its just me apologizing for giving you a hard time" he said resting on the counter
"What are you planning" I said my face heating up
"I don't know dinner and a movie?" He said I raised a brow at him crossing my arms
"Sounds like a date to me" I said smirking
"No no just two friends eating and watching a movie " he said standing upright
"Okay fine dinner and a movie it is" I said taking another bite of the heavenly brownies
"Great I'll pick you up tommorow at 6?" He said walking towards the door I nodded as he closed the front door behind him said felt my heart jump a little with excitement. It was a weird feeling something I couldn't explain. I was overjoyed to spend time with someone I barely knew.
