Dark red blood slowly began to pour from underneath the woman's warm pale skin. The blood began to trail away from the cut, so I moved the limb so that the liquid would land in the water. The dark red color turned into a lighter version of itself as it expanded like cobwebs in the water below. I placed her forearm against the brim of the bathtub, the cut facing inwards so that the contents would continue pouring into the now lightly tinted bath water. After standing up from my squatting position, I threw the sharp razor into the tub before I walked over to the toilet, where I took off my rubber gloves and flushed them, making sure that I used the bottom of my shoe.
I looked down at the woman, feeling the euphoria that I had been searching for – the vision taking me through my memories. Slowly, the water in the tub began to turn a pink color as the woman's arm continued to bleed. Her eyes were open as she stared at the ceiling, which let me watch as the life drained from them. Too bad she couldn't watch, too, but she was already dead.
She didn't scream; no, she'd wanted this. I could tell by the way that she watched, the way her eyes lit up as I cut into her skin. Now, that light was gone, causing me to smirk sadistically. She'd told me that I would get caught one day...but I knew deep down that they would never find me.

"I can't believe Hoseok actually left," Yoongi grumbled as he looked down at his empty plate. I was nearly done making the pasta I had promised them before Hoseok's girlfriend called. After his numerous apologies, explaining that his girlfriend needed him, he left, leaving Yoongi and I alone. Despite the fact that it had been a really awkward situation, I decided it was a good opportunity to get to know Yoongi.
"I know. I just hope his girlfriend is okay," I said as I stood at the stove, stirring the contents of one of the pots.
"You and I know there's nothing wrong with his girlfriend," Yoongi objected, the simper on his face obvious as he spoke.
"What do you mean by that?" Turning around to look at him, I cocked a brow placed a hand on my hip.
"He just didn't want you to feel bad that he was ditching us to go hang out with Mina," he said, mirroring me as he also cocked a brow. I let out a heavy, yet playful, sigh, and turned back to the stove.
"More for us, I guess," I said, even though I knew I wasn't able to eat that much.
"Well, I actually invited a friend over. I hope you don't mind," Yoongi admitted. My heart dropped a little, not that I was into him. It just sounded an awful lot as if I were about to become the third wheel.
"Of course not," I said. I could still see this as an opportunity – the more the merrier. After that, the conversation fell a little flat, and Yoongi sat quietly as I cooked. A few moments later, there was a knock at the door, interrupting the silence.
