*Autumn's POV*

Ugh, no I want to sleep so more. I lazily reach over and start hitting my bedside table, hoping my hand will connect with my alarm clock. Finally, I find the clock and shut it up. Jeez that is annoying. I just lay there in bed for a few moments. I love this bed I don't ever want to leave. My thoughts were interrupt by my mom busting in my room. "Honey, get up it's you first day of your last year of school!" she says in a loud and cheery voice. Yeah, she's a morning person. I'm not. "Ughh," is my only response. She rolls her eyes and walks out of my room. Probably about to go wake up my younger sister, Claire.
I literally roll out of bed and just lay on the floor for a moment. I really don't want to have to face all the fake people at school. Especially all the Preps. I mean, I have nothing against the Preps, I mean, I used to be a Prep, but I just, no, they have gotten way to fake and plastic over the years. I'm really glad I'm not apart of that group anymore. My friends, Brooklynn and Kayden, and I used to be apart of the Prep group, but like apparently we don't fit the standards anymore. Oh well, I have had much better times with my new friend group than I ever did with the Preps.
I pick myself off the floor and head over to my closet. Today is not only the first day, but it is picture day. This puts lots of pressure on me to make sure to find something cute and adorable. I decide on this outfit

I quickly shower and throw on this outfit. I look absolutely adorable in this outfit.
Now, time to tackle this mess I call hair. I pull it out of the bun I slept in and it just falls everywhere. My first reaction is to blow the hair out of my face. Now, time to tame it. I grab my brush off the counter and start brushing it out. Having long hair is a blessing and a curse. After about five minutes of brushing, I finally have all my hair de-tangled. I grab my blow dryer and begin blow drying my hair. This can take up to ten minutes...maybe more. My hair is like really long and thick so yeah.
How should I wear my hair today? Let's see I can either go curly or straight. Curly. I just straighten my hair all the time. I take out my curling wand and let it heat up. While I wait, I decide to do something different to my hair. I create a braided headband with my hair. It looks really cute. I carefully curl my hair, careful not to burn my fingertips. When I finish, I admire my hair. It reminds me of all those girls you see on Tumblr with the long and gorgeous curls.
Great, now it's time for make-up. I decide to keep it simple. I do my basic make-up with looks like a dis>>

Once I finish, I set back and admire my whole look. I have to say, I actually look adorable today.
"Autumn! Get down here! You're going to be late!" Mom yells at me from downstairs. I quickly grab my backpack, phone, and laptop. I grab my keys off the table and head downstairs. I walk in to see Mom had already started the pictures. I quickly try to sneak to the kitchen without being noticed. Almost there. "Autumn" So close. "Mom, I need to grab breakfast." I tell her, trying to avoid the picture. "Honey, just smile and then you can go get breakfast." she tells me while holding up her phone. I obviously am not getting out of this picture. I sigh but smile anyway. *Click* *Click*
"Okay, Mom, I need breakfast now." I tell her while starting towards the kitchen. I walk over to the cabinet where I hid all my granola bars, Claire likes to help herself to all my food. I grab it and then quickly head out the door. I start my walking to school, since school is only a couple blocks away from where I live.
