I never thought I would get to this again
To the happy person I once was

I never thought I would feel like this again
So exited, carefree, and never sad

I never thought I would smile cry this again
Only tears that come from happiness

I never thought this would happen again
The friendships I built, the love I feel

I never thought this could be possible
The fact that I began loving my life

I always figured it would change
The way my life always hits me

I always figured it would come to an end
So all of it becomes a lie
