Now if you're already good friends with them, then good job, stop bragging. Now if you're NOT friends with them, you're gonna have to become GOODY GOOD GOOOOOOD friends with the person that you are obsessed with. If you followed step two and got to know them, you need to start talking to them. But don't be like "Hey hey hey I know this and this about you!" Because that's just creepy. Sounds like you've been stalking them if you say that. Start up conversations with them more often about stuff they like, just pretend at first you don't know that they like it (unless they want people to know if they like it). And maybe asking to sit at their table at lunch may work. And after maybe about seven conversations, maybe ask if they want to be friends with you. But don't force it. Become friends (especially good ones) takes time.
