It's not as long as I had planned, but there's some insight on how Seokjin is feeling at the end, which I thought y'all might enjoy :)

"You know, I'm surprised you already know how to do pie crust. Aren't you an English major or something? Is there some sort of correlation there or . . . ?" Seokjin asked, glancing up at Jiyoon from where he was chopping up several strawberries into smaller pieces, that would later be blended into a glaze to fill the pies with. After several phone calls, the majority of his friends had voted on strawberry pies, though he was making a few pumpkin pies for anybody who might want some. He knew Yoongi would.

Jiyoon rolled her eyes as she rolled out the pie crust, thinning it down so that it could be molded to the dish. Her thin hands maneuvered the rolling pin with barely a look at what she was doing, though it still turned out good. "Jimin loves sweets, so in my free time I make desserts. Not so much now, since he's moved in with Hoseok, but I still bake a little something for the two of them whenever I stop by their place. Speaking of, have you seen Hoseok's apartment? Well, it's more of a condo, but damn. It's nice."

"Don't you think he moved in a little fast? They've only been together three months. Seems a tad rushed to me." He shrugged as he continued to chop up the strawberries. He didn't want the pie to be too chunky, but he didn't want it be like eating a mouthful of syrup either. Maybe he was a little too much of a perfectionist when it came to cooking, but it was better than doing an okay job. Seokjin wanted his food to be delicious, not mediocre.

"It wasn't that fast. Jimin's been his intern for like a year or something like that, plus the three months they've been dating, so depending on how you look at it, they could've moved in together awhile ago. Not that they were together back then, but still." Jiyoon set the rolling pin aside, carefully peeling the pie crust away from the flour covered counter top. She lowered it carefully into the dish, making sure that it was even before cutting off the excess around the rim.

She piled it up off to the side before she retrieved the other bowl of dough she'd left in the fridge to rise, removing the saran wrap before she began to roll that out too. Seokjin nodded, silently agreeing with her as he scraped the cut up strawberries into the blender to be mixed with the strawberry gel he had made before hand. He placed the lid securely on before pressing the green button on the blender, the small blades mixing and simultaneously cutting up the strawberries into fiber pieces. He didn't let it blend for too long.

"Are you ready for me to pour this in now?" Seokjin held up the blender and Jiyoon glanced up, realizing what he was asking for when she spotted the blender full of strawberries in his hands.

She pushed the dish she had just finished lining with pie crust towards him with a nod, "Yeah, go ahead. This one will be done in a few minutes and you can dump the rest in there."

Seokjin made his way around the kitchen island, pouring half of the strawberry glaze into the pie dish, setting the blender off to the side so that he could place the top of the pie crust over the strawberry glaze. With the pie ready to be baked, Seokjin set it off to the side until its partner was ready, too.

They both jumped in surprise when the timer went off for the two pies that were already in the oven and Seokjin quickly pulled on a pair of oven mitts to protect his hands before he opened the oven door. He was immediately blasted with a wave of choking heat and his eyes squinted as he grabbed a hold of the two pies and placed them on top of the stove. Seokjin closed the oven door with his hip, discarding the oven mitts and taking a close look at the two pumpkin pies. The crust was a light golden broad, firm but not too crumbly and the pumpkin was a confident orange.
