The next morning Jamie checked her phone to see if Brooke had replied to her text.

No reply.

After Jamie had found out 5sos were coming to LA, she freaked out and texted Brooke straight away.

Brooke must have fallen asleep.

The time was 9:05am and Jamie felt groggy as hell. She flopped her head back down on her soft pillow. Her auntie will be turning up in about a hour. As for Brooke, she usually turns up at lunchtime.

For about another half hour, Jamie just lied in bed and scrolled through her Instagram and Facebook. All of which were boring

So Jamie decided it was a good time to get up.

~1 hour later~

"Auntie Kim's here!" Jamie could hear her mom yell from the kitchen.

Jamie groaned. Within 5 minutes she could hear her auntie and mum yacking away already.

Ding! Her phone went off.

Finally, Jamie thought. Brooke had now replayed her to very important text message.

Brooke: Holy angry bananas! Haijaisbjsbdnsmaonz ok ok im coming over now

Jamie laughed quietly to herself. By 'now' Brooke meant another 40 minutes. She always takes ages to get ready. Even longer than Luke trying to do his hair.

Jamie went downstairs to greet her Auntie and sat down in the lounge with them. She wasn't really listening, she was just there to eat some snacks.

Her mom left the room, Jamie guessed to make some coffee. So she decided to start a conversation.

"So, why are you in LA anyway?" Jamie asks.

Her slightly overweight auntie pulled a strand of her gray/brown hair out of her eyes and smiled.

"Well, the cleaning company I work for asked me to come out and help with some rented place. They're a bit short staffed at the moment." She answered

"Oh yeah, what's so important about this rented place?" Jamie asks.

"Oh it's some band staying there, I think they're called 4 seconds of--"

But she's cut off by Jamie, as she shoots out of her seat.

"Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait! Do you mean 5 seconds of summer?!" Jamie almost screams.

"Yeah! That the name." Her auntie replies way too calmly for this sort of situation.
