**Alex POV**
"Hey Dawn before you head down can you promise me something?" I asked

"Yeah, what's up" she said

"Promise me you will always be there for Ollie and that you will name one of your children after me." I said

"I promise but..." She said

" Hey Dawn come on your brother is waiting for us" called Mr. Diggory

"Go, see ya later" I said

She started walking away but then she turned and gave me a hug

"Don't do anything stupid, I love you like if you where one of my brothers" she whispered to me

"I love you too. And I won't" I said as she let go and then she smiled at me and left with her dad.

Dawn POV
"Be careful son, and remember we love you" said my dad

"I won't I promise* said Cedric

"Don't promise just come out alive and don't leave me alone" I said

"I won't, I will watch out for Harry too" he said

Hours Later
**Cedric POV**
"What are you doing here!" I yelled at Alex

"Dangerous, we can't stay here but.." he said and before he could finish Harry and I grabbed him and took the cup. Instead of landing in the arena we where in a... graveyard?! Harry started grabbing his forehead.

"Hide, hide before something happens. Go hide" he yelled. Alex and I looked at each other and hide behind a bush. We saw as Peter brought a thing out and then did a spell and then Voldemort came to life.

"Ok, so what are we going to do?" I asked

"You nothing except stay here and I will go help Harry." Alex said

"No, no...." I started

"Purfie" he murmured and then I couldn't move. And he ran towards Harry and Harry said

"What are you doing!?"

Voldemort saw him and he said
"Kill the spare"

Then he continued...

"Adava Kadavra"

Alex fell with a shriek, with the same my mum had died with. I saw he had died and the spell undid itself. Voldemort was torturing Harry. Then he made Harry battle him. I saw how Lucius Malfoy was letting it happen and hated him so much. Then I saw Harry run towards Alex's body and me then I grabbed Alex's body and Harry did too and acio the cup towards us.

Meanwhile...... Dawn's POV
"Where is Alex" asked Cho

"I don't know, I saw him before coming down" I answered

"I saw him before the guys went in to the maze, I am worried" she said

"Cho, I know it's not any of my business but do you like him?" Asked Astoria

Cho smiled softly and answered "Like doesn't even come close to it, I fell in love with him when I first saw him. I was coming in to the Great Hall and accidentally bumped into a first year. He turned around and looked at me, I saw those beautiful brown eyes."

"O my gosh, do you know if he you know" said Mione

"He told me he loved me and that he hoped to come out alive. Then he kissed me" said Cho

"What do you mean hoped to come out...." Started Oliver

"Guys get down there Cedric and Harry are coming, and trouble" interrupted a freaked out Astoria

Oliver and I ran down passed the Professors and when we got there Cedric and Harry arrived with.... Alex's body?!

" He killed him Voldemort!! He is back" yelled Harry

Astoria ran to Cedric who was crying

"Why you idiot why!? You always tried helping others, why did you leave me!! I could hate you but I don't. Oh my brother, my little brother, I failed you, I did" cried Oliver

I ran to him and he leaned against me sobbing. I started sobbing too. He died protecting my brother and my best friend.

"Someone should tell Lucas before.." said someone

It was to late Mr. Wood arrived and saw Alex's body lifeless.

"My boy, oh my boy, why. You never had to prove yourself, I loved you for your smartness. When you got Ravenclaw, I was so proud of you. When you got the Keeper position, Oliver and I cheered you on. I lost your mother and now you" said Mr. Wood sobbing. My dad went over to hug him.

"Oliver, Cedric, look Moody is taking Harry, we have to follow him" I said

Moody Office
Harry POV
"Professor may we come in too?" Asked Dawn whom startled me

"Yeah, yeah I need to talk to your brother as well" said Moody

"Alright" said Cedric

"So when you saw him how did it feel and what did he look like? Asked Moody while he was searching for something desperately

"I don't know alive, I guess" said Harry

"And who else was at the graveyard?" Asked Moody

"Well...wait..I never mentioned a graveyard" said Harry

"You knew, you did it. Alex told me! I didn't believe him!" Yelled Dawn

"Silence, I will kill you and finish the job.." started "Moody" but then Dumbolder walked in with other Professors.

"Serverus the truth potion" he said as Snape put it in "Moody's mouth.

"Who are you" he asked

"Barty Crouch Jr." Answered Crouch

"What was your mission?"

"To get Harry Potter in the competition and kill Miss Malfoy" he said

Before anyone could react Vela Dawn came out and said "Killing me would have killed Oliver!!

"Take him away"

Dawn broke down in sobbing and then the Fudge came in

"Heard what happened but Harry, Cedric are you sure? And who was there?" He asked

"Nott, Morgan" started Harry

"All pardon, Mr. Diggory?" Asked Fudge

"Lucius Malfoy" whispered Cedric

"What! That man let it happen?!" Yelled Dawn

"Miss Diggory that man is your real father, don't make fast assumptions" said Snape

"THAT MAN IS NO FATHER OF MINE!! He let Him murder my brother!" Sobbed Dawn

"Mr. Wood, please take her on a a walk" said McGonagall

"Yes Professor, come love" said Oliver as he lead her away..I saw her lean towards him and he was trying to keep it together just for her and his brother's memory.
