Chapter 33

Cedrics POV*

I

was walking towards DADA with Oliver and when we were about to get there I heard a
"Pisst, Cedric, come here" from behind me. I turn around and see Dawn standing there. I look over at Oliver and he just nods his head and waits there as I walk towards my sister.

"Hey what's up sis?" I ask.

"Don't say anything about Voldy being back and no one mention Alex's death to her. Harry just got dentition for "lying" about it. If Oliver tries to say anything, jinx him or something. Also the twins, Lee, and Ian have permission to do it to both of you." She tells me.

"Wait Harry got dentition? How come you didn't stop it?" I asked her.

"I tried but Ernie and Justin wouldn't leave me alone. I was so concentrated on jinxing them with Astorias help that even Hermoine wasn't able to stop Harry." She says.

"Alright, I will stay out of trouble and I will keep Oliver in check. Hey shouldn't you try to talk to him? He seems depressed and quidditch is the only thing that helps him, well a bit, because he still sees you. Besides I have jinx so many boys today" I tell her.

She just nods her head no and walks over to Asher and Astoria leaving Oliver and I behind.

"What was that about?" Oliver asks as we walk in to DADA.

"A warning about Umbridge" I whisper to him as we sat down.

Umbridge walks in and starts a speech how we are just going to use books to gain knowledge but then Rogers raises his hand.

"Yes, Mr. Rogers?" She says

"But aren't we supposed to learn how to defend ourselves? You know with You-Know-Who back?"he asks.

I groan and the Umbridge turns to me and says "do you have anything to say...Mr. Diggory?"she says.

"No, Professor" I tell her.

"Alright, Amos's Diggory son correct? I knew your father and mother from our school days. Very pretty girl, just like your sister, Dawn. Both very smart mouths too, luckily your sister kept hers shut today." She says.

I felt Oliver tense besides and I thought he was going to blow up but then all of a sudden he faints. Umbridge notices and says "Take him to the infirmary, Mr. Diggory and stay with him"

I saw Asher on the way out and he helped me walk Oliver to the infirmary. Once he is back to reality he says "Why did you jinx me I was about to tell that women off!"

"Well if you want to get detention and miss quidditch be my guest" Asher says.

"What do you mean, miss practice?" Oliver asks him.

"I am not in the place to tell and it is not my obligation. I have to get back to Charms before Professor Flitwick suspicious anything. Goodbye" Asher says as he leaves.

"I wonder what he meant by missing quidditch practice?" Oliver says.

*Earlier that day*

"You know she was the women at my trial who was trying hard to get me expelled" Harry said.

"Well then she is going to have to watch yourself" Hermoine says.

"Yeah, dad says she is really powerful and important at the Ministry." Ron tells Harry.

"I reckon dad has probably talked about her but I am not sure." Dawn says.

"Well, Miss Diggory, correct? Your father must have told you about me, I mean I am one of his superiors. Now of you can please take a seat." Professor Umbridge says walking behind them.
