Part 4

Jasmine's POV

As I went home, I realized that I was just asked out on a date, which is so strange to me because no one has asked me out since senior year in high school. I didn't know how to get ready for this "date" and I was panicing. So I did the only thing I thought was reasonable; I called my ex, Hunter. Hunter and I go way back. We have been friends since first grade. Since we lived in the same neighborhood and our parents were close, we did everything together. We went to church together. We went to parties together. We went to the hospital together. We even went to the same school up until collage. He was like a bother to me, until junior year when I started to have feelings for him. He didn't like me back at first, but in the summer between junior and senior year, he confessed his feelings towards me.

Everything was great between us for most of the year, however, in May, I found out he was cheating on me, but it wasn't with a girl. Turns out he was gay and he was just with me to see if his feelings for dudes would go away. After that we weren't on good terms. The funny thing is that I really didn't like him that much either and I just wanted my best friend back. It also seemed like he missed me becasue he called me everyday to ask for forgivness. I forgave him after a month of apologies, but things never really went back to how they were originally. He's still my best friend, but to be fair he's my only friend. And at this point I need my friend. So I called Hunter and told him to come over by six because I need help to get ready for a date. Since Hunter is a fashionista, he wasat my house five minutes after I called him.

"I'm here Jazzy!!" He said as he opened my door using the spare key I gave to him.
"Thank you so much for this. I really appri..."
"Don't thank me. I thrilled to help you. Your going on your first date since highschool. My baby's all grown up." He said while wiping an invisible tear off of his cheek. I rolled my eyes because he was being the dramatic drag queen I learned to love.
"Now lets see what you have in your wardrobe." He said.
After about 30 minutes of Hunter critizing my wardrobe and complaining about how I own no makeup, we decided to go for a quick shopping trip. When we came back, I realized that I was late for my "date" and I wasn't close to being ready. So I called Jack letting him know I'll meet him there.

Hunter finished getting me ready by 8:45.
"Now turn around for me, honey." He said and I did.
"Yassssss Girl!!! I see you!!" He said as I turned and laughed from his remark.
"You could have been a bit quicker. I'm 45 minutes late."

"Girl, I know you not complaining. Even with your ugly clothes, I was still able to work my magic on you. I took you from a 2 to a 10, so you should be thanking me."
"

Hmmm....should I?"
"You know what? You need to start moving 'cause you late for your "date". He probably gonna think you stood him up."
"Yeah, you're right. Can you drop me off?"
"Anything for you, sister."

Amber's POV

"Amber, I have a business dinner with my boss tonight." Jack said to me.
"Is it with that bitch from earlier?"
"Don't call her that!!" He yelled and immediately I knew something was going on. Jack never yells at me.
"Well I'm going with you then."
"No!!" He responded immediately. "Stay home!!"
"But we were gonna spend time together." I said depressingly. "I was gonna make my spaghetti for dinner and maybe Netflix and chill."
"Well I have better plans. Plus your spaghetti isn't that great." He said causing anger and irritation to cloud my vision.
"Fine! Since you have better plans, I guess you don't need me!" I said running up the stairs to pack my things. Yes, that was very dramatic, but I was just saying that to make him guilty. Usually when we get into a fight, I would say something over the top and in the next minute, he's begging me to forgive him. But it didn't work this time.
"Okay fine do whatever you like. I'm already late." He said and left me alone in the house.

Of course I wasn't gonna let her steal me man, so I followed him to the business dinner. This could be considered stalking, but I'm just a concerned girlfriend.

well been so long since I last updated. I have been so busy with school.

don't think I'll be updating much through out the summer either because my summer is going to be packed as well.
