i'm going to say Knowledge and Green Day
Green Day is probably one of my most favourite band title tracks of all time. like i just feel like it perfectly encapsulates everything Green Day was when there were first beginning haha like with the tempo being 7284738BMP and the really strong backing vocals... it just kinda showed people like "buckle up, bitches."
okay but Knowledge is my FAVOURITE SONG off that album, and i decided it was only to put two bc Knowledge is a cover lmfao but i love this cover so much. like (if you haven't heard the original Operation Ivy version, i highly recommend) the original song is very typical underground punk in the sense that it's like NO ONE UNDERSTANDS FUCK YOU and i think that what green day did by turning it into their own weird bluesy punk harmonica party is absolutely fantastic.
PS i just saw Judas Priest like 3 days ago and dude they fucking KICKED ASS. they've been playing for almost 59 years. Rob Halford is like 70 and he STILL manages to wail better than anyone in metal and remains a gay icon.
