"you're telling me i'm silly. it's no fun in the old days, i'm such a romantic i never remember how things really happen. i guess you're attractive or something"
mingi woke up early today, and was currently making breakfast in the kitchen. seongwha walked in yawning loudly but was shocked as he laid eyes on the younger who was cooking.
"am i dreaming or are you actually cooking for once?" he asked walking over to the coffee maker.
mingi rolled his eyes as he whisked the egg yolk in his bowl. "i just felt like making breakfast today" he said as he placed the full bowl into the pan.
seongwha glared at him, squinting his eyes "hmm i don't actually believe you, the song mingi i know would never cook for himself".
"good morning everyone! i hope you slept well" hongjoong chimed in with a bright expression on his face, seongwha turned around looking at the younger who was oddly cheerful.
seongwha looked at hongjoong and then at mingi, suddenly he spit out his coffee coughing.
"are- are you two dating?" both hongjoong and mingi stopped what they were doing and nervously laughed, "what this shorty over here nah", "hey that wasn't nice" hongjoong said crossing his arms.
"sorry i meant cute shorty" mingi corrected himself smiling at the other with a raised eyebrow. meanwhile seongwha began making puking noises "god you guys are definitely dating it's so obvious" he shook his head grabbing his cup of coffee walking out into the living room.
"yah what did i tell you about calling me short?" hongjoong said smacking mingi twice on the arm "also goddamn you're buff have you been working out?" mingi laughed rubbing his arm.
"why yes i'm glad you noticed i've actually-", "that's beside the point right now you can't be acting like this around the other members" hongjoong said to him grabbing a few plates from the cupboard.
"awh why not? seongwha already knows telling the others won't hurt" hongjoong sighed turning around, plate in hand. "seongwha doesn't care, if yeosang ran you over he'd be jumping in delight but when it comes to relationships in the team he doesn't want any part in it so i suggest you try to not act so fond of me".
mingi was about to say another word until the rest of the members came in all talking at once "i TOLD YOU IF YOU GET BIT BY A BLACK WIDOW YOU DIE SAN YOU FUCKING DIE" yunho was about to snap the boy in half if he didn't shut up.
"THEN WHY DOES HE BECOME SPIDER-MAN RIGHT AFTER HE GETS BITEN" san wasn't about to end this argument until he won. "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAUSE ITS A MOVIE ITS NOT REAL" yunho yelled groaning loudly as he sat down.
"now kids please settle down, and eat your breakfast before i snap your neck in two" suddenly all the members were quiet and eating their food once they had heard seongwha speak.
while everyone ate watching a random TV show, mingi grabbed his phone typing something into it.

just then both boys stopped what they were doing when they were surrounded by pure silence. all the members had left to work on their own things leaving the kitchen a mess for the two to clean.
hongjoong looked at mingi and crossed his arms, mingi shrugged his shoulders smiling.
"they were like ninjas in the night who knew they had left and made a mess in just the little time we were texting" mingi said to hongjoong as he dried the few dishes that were left.
hongjoong mopped the floor scoffing at what mingi had said "seongwha usually cleans the kitchen so i never knew we were that messy after we ate".
"so i've been thinking-" mingi placed the last dish he had in the cupboard. he then walked towards hongjoong wrapping his arms around his waist "that we could maybe go out tonight, do something?".
hongjoong turned around looking up at the other "are you asking me out on a date?" he asked tilting his head a bit. mingi laughed bringing hongjoong closer to him "perhaps if i were would you say yes?" hongjoong looked down thinking "mm maybe, depends on where you're taking me" he then got out of mingi's grasp leaving him behind as he went to put the mop outside.
"that still didn't answer my question" mingi said as he followed him, hongjoong sighed turning around looking at him "you tell me, when and where and i'll be there how's that?" mingi nodded his head as he went back inside jumping in delight.
"yes fuck yes!" he yelled running around the dorm "what are you so happy about?" san was currently looking through the cupboards as he grabbed a box of cookies looking at mingi with a confused expression.
"me? oh nothing it's just nothing" san nodded as he continued eating the cookies. mingi quickly walked to his room locking the door behind him, he couldn't stop smiling at what just happened.
mingi was actually gonna go on a date with hongjoong.
