1. To See Through Somebody

For when you see through your eyes
Lady nobody can help you through your troubles
People see her and him the same way they learn to swim
To seek higher to elevate and lower to alleviate
All their troubles and all their crimes
For when your eyes see all this, what do they see?
A city of people but are they all human beings?
To take love in your hands and hold it together, to keep from falling apart
But cracking is natural and in all forms is art
Your not seeing it correctly, now your worried I'll fall away if you don't hold me
And your lonely nights are not like mine
For my head is something you won't see with time
To take a life, sacrifice, is what most would call distasteful
But if they're touching little women then their life is wasteful
Ruining us, as the human people, but all you see is the cracks you can't have to be
Now if you don't listen, all these buster cops is gonna kick in
All your front teeth are gone and you've just trashed ya lawn but no lessons are taught

For when you see through your eyes, is it crazy?
To keep a heart warm and treat her like a lady?
But your just a ball at this point and our shattered glass bodies can't teach you
You sit outside and get a load of my joint but the porch is not too big and my kitchen not full for you
Go find her somewhere else cause no matter how hard I try, my love
I'll never see it through your eyes
