Desire

I was at the office bright and early. Nobody else was really here yet and that was fine. I was sitting at my desk just thinking about all the crazy shit that has been happening in my life since I have been with Aubrey.

I had so much work to do to finish getting the new line ready. I was in my thoughts when my assistant Mehgan came to my door.

"Mrs. Graham there is a detective Newman here to see you." She said.

I was speechless. I couldn't believe that this bitch Keily had really gone to the police.

"Send him in." I finally told her.

In walked this handsome man with a gorgeous smile.

"Hello Mrs. Graham I am detective Newman. I just wanted to come and speak to you for a bit if you don't mind." He said.

I motioned for him to sit down. He took a seat right in front of my desk.

"What can I help you with detective Newman?" I asked him already knowing what he wanted to talk about.

"Well I am kind of confused about a few things. A young woman came into my office saying you may know the whereabouts of her husband Matthew." He said.

"I knew Matthew years ago. We use to date until he cheated on and we split. He had found me in California three years ago where he paid a woman he was dating named Tracy to try an set my husband up. You can Google the articles about the situation. When his plan didn't work he just disappeared. I assumed he returned home because I haven't seen or heard from him since than." I told him the half truth.

He just looked at me for a few seconds like he was searching for something.

"Detective Newman a lot of people like to come at me because of who my husband is, but I'm pretty sure you know that already." I said.

"I am aware of that. You have been through a few ordeals. Well unfortunately we can't do much about the situation because it is not a open case here in New York. It is a open case in California tho. If they send it to us than it will be something I will have to look more into. Thank you for you time Mrs. Graham." He said standing to leave.

I shook his had and than I walked him to the door.

"By the way I really love your song. It helped me get through a rough situation." He said.

I just smiled at him. I closed my door and sat back at my desk. If the LAPD sent the case to them to take over I will have a big issue.

I really didn't need any of this right now. I had a new line I was trying to launch on top of that I was trying to figure out if I wanted to save my marriage.

I was breastfeeding my baby girl thinking about that bullshit story that Carlos feed me about Keily. I know he is hiding something. He could never lie to me.

I looked in my baby girls pretty little face and I knew there was nothing I wouldn't do to protect her. I was tried of the bullshit that kept coming at us.

I was in my thoughts when my sister Sasha came in. She was my heart as well even if she didn't think so. I had a few of my people looking for that no good ass Danny. He thought he was the shit wit his Ginuwine looking ass.

I did find out he was dating this girl name Su'Lee that use to be a stripper and she was pregnant. I also found out that she has a house over in Staten Island. She has a twin sister name Su'Mae that is in college. Their mother is an ex drug addict. I wasn't ready to give Sasha any of this information yet cause I didn't know what her plans were.

"Look at you breastfeeding your little princess. She is so damn cute. What did you name her?" Sasha asked making little cooing noises at her niece.

"Her name is Tasha Destiny after her two auntie's." I said.

That made my sister smile. I also knew she was smiling because her name was first.

"Did you talk to Desire?" I asked her.

"I did. We came to an understanding. I never hated her like that Key. I just felt like she was trying to replace me in your life." She said.

"Nobody could ever replace you Sash. You are my sister and I love you more than you could ever know." I told her.

We both grew silent after that. We aren't big on talking about how we feel towards each other so that was awkward for the both of us.

"Key we decided that Carlos should get close to the Keily chick to try and persuade her that no one knows her husband's whereabouts." Sasha said.

"THE HELL HE IS!" I yelled scaring the baby a bit.

"Key she trusts him." Sasha said.

"I don't give a fuck how much she trust him. I'll be damn if I let my husband get all cozy with a bitch he use to fuck and on top of that they were once in love. Hell no Sash. Not in this lifetime or the next." I said fuming.

I needed to hurry up and get out of this damn hospital before something terrible happens.

They better come up with another plan because that one wasn't going to work for me.
