Sorry guys! I'm not good with the title but hope you'll like this story.
Since malapit nanaman ang araw ng mga patay. Let me share my experience na for me nakakatakot at that time. ENJOY!
Was at grade school then, when our school held an activity where we students should comply and need to stay the entire night camping outside our school ground. Anyway, para paiksiin ang kwento ko, that activity was STAR GAZING. Yun ung eksenang buong gabi kyo dapat gising kasi me oras kung kelan lumalabas ang mga stars with there names as well as yung mga constilations.
So, while camping outside. Obviously, isang nakakatamad at nakakabagot na orientation coming from our teachers, lectures about whatever stars and constilations we might see while looking into the binoculars and whatever the name of that particular telescope na nigagamit to see the stars.
Kanya-kanyang pwesto na kmi. Kaya-kanyang group of friends.Then few hours later, nitatawag na ang bawat section to look into the telescope. So, pila. May nag uunahan. May hindi tumitinag. At ako? wala....somewhat excited na hindi. When suddenly, I saw a woman, who looks like Saddako (yung sa the ring na movie?? but obviously wala pang the ring nung grade school ako...so hindi ko pa sya naco-compare nun..) nakatayo sya facing the crowd, without specific glare onto whom. Her hair was sooooo long and dark na about talaga at sumasayad sa ground, naka white na long dress, pero she looks like matanda kahit di ko barely nakikita looking at her from a distance but you know what you feel and so certain kahit di mo naman talaga nakikita ng malapitan or even face to face kasi nga naka cover ng hair nya yung mukha nya.
Just to give you a brief description ng school ground namin. It was a big oval. It has 1 old building named after the late Benigno Aquino Sr. na kaposition just after ng school gate. It was only a 2 story buildng, at yung 1st floor is the taekwondo room and some other extra room dahil sa sobrang dami ng students. The entire 2nd floor naman is our library. Functional parin ang building na yun kahit napaka luma na. then when you are facing the old building sa left is ung malaking hall way papuntang canteen. then when facing the canteen, from left onwards was the new building that has upto 4 floors if I could still remember it correctly.So parang nasa loob ka ng isang malaking letter "C" facing up-side-down. then in the middle of it may round na garden, na di naman kalakihan. enough to make tambay while eating or pag naghihintay ng sundo. With cemented Benches and tables, and may mga puno na parang X-mas tree paikot sa paligid ng round garden na yun.
Why am I telling or describing the place? kasi dun sa isa sa mga puno dun sa round garden na yun ko nakita si ateng naka puti. And since dun ko sya nakita, gusto ko lang mai-magine nyo din yung place kung saan sya nakatayo. We were at the school ground stage, nakapila to take our chance to see the stars one after the other. So, habang naghihintay ako ng chance ko, Di ko rin alam sa anong dahilan yket ako napatingin sa garden at nakita ko tuloy si ate. Ofcuorse, nung una kala ko one of the students, but then nakikita ko parin sya sa peripheral vision ko. So i stared back. Nang biglang may tumulak sakin at sinabing mag move forward daw ako dahil wala ng tao sa harapan ko. In a split seconds without even turning back dun sa tumulak saken, nawala si ate ng ganun nalang. I tried to roam my sight, pero nikilabutan lang ako. Saka ko lang naisip lingunin ung tumulak saken.
