I don't why I am depressed with both of them. Somewhere it still hurts; how good it was if we stuck with shivika, aka characters only and not actors. Bad timing, isn't it.
Surbhi was feeling anxious before she met with that person. Is it ok to feel weird? That was her thought. She replied with "Yes," but after that, second thoughts were arising in her mind. Is it the right decision to meet him, and how will it affect her. One day she has to face him as he will be her costar, and the majority of the day, while shooting, she has to spend time with her. She cant hold grudges against him and stay away from his presence; it's not possible. What's going on? Why is her heart fluttering with her happiness in the thought of thinking him? Why I feel floated back to college days?
Rishabh stops by her room. He smiles, looking at her antics. He was there when she shattered into pieces when nakuul broke up with her. She slipped into depression. She loved him so much that she started hating her life. She started feeling suicidal urges and also turned into a manic.
Rishabh and Barun were scared of her behavior at that phase of life, and nobody helped them, not even Karan, Surbhi, or the chandna family. Rey stood with them in their worst phase, and most importantly, it was Rishabh's best friend Avinash who suggested taking her to the hospital.
The psychiatrist evaluated her and ordered her a determined appropriate treatment plan. It included involvement with various mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, nurses, social workers—activities and therapy including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy.
At the initial stages, Surbhi was not allowed to leave her room at her own will. Harmful items were kept away, and a proper schedule was followed.
Within one week, Surbhi was completely changed and was back into normal life while credit goes to Alekh, who disclosed the truth behind the breakup. Rishabh ran into Alekh and was about to beat the crap out of him when he confessed everything.
Surbhi is still in touch with the doctor to avoid any complications in the future. Sometimes when she feels low, she takes prescribed medicines. She was asked to stay in touch with people, which is why Rishabh and barun are always with her through their presence or communication technology. Surbhi loves to do Zumba classes every morning to keep her stressed free which motivates her. She follows a balanced diet to date. She lives a crazy free life without any stress except one aim to inflict pain to nakuul.
Rishabh was worried about what if Nakuul hurts her again, and if he repeats the same mistake, he will make sure he won't stay in this world anymore.

Nakuul was waiting for Surbhi anxiously, his heartbeat increasing after each passing second. He was having second thoughts; what if surbhi wouldn't come, what if she changed her mind. His mind was occupied was negative thoughts when he heard the noise of chimes indicating the entry of the customer. He turns to look at the person, and he was spell bounded. He was smiling like a love-sick teenager.

He was mesmerized by her beauty as if he is under her spell. He gets up from his place and walks towards the direction surbhi is coming and halts. Both look at each other, ignoring the fact the whole audience is watching them. Many are aware of who is Nakuul, but surbhi is still an unknown face to them.
Nakuul takes her hand; surbhi was surprised by his antics
Nakuul - You look drop-dead gorgeous, my lady.
Surbhi - You cleaned up well (She smirks at him)
He kisses her hands, making her blush. He moves to the side and gestures her to move.
Nakuul - After you, my lady.
Like a true gentleman, nakuul makes surbhi sit on a chair, and he himself settles down. Soon a waiter comes down with pre-ordered food.
The moment surbhi saw it.
Surbhi - I love you nakuul so much.
(In excitement, surbhi tongue slipped by mistake, and nakuul was grinning )
Nakuul - I love you too Surbhi
Surbhi blushes but soon composes herself
Surbhi - Actually, I meant I love you nakuul for the food. You still remember my favorite dishes to date.
Nakuul - I love you from my heart surbhi, I still remember your likes and dislikes.
Surbhi feels uncomfortable. This is not what she wants. She cant hurt Rey when he is critically ill. He was there during her bad phase, and she should be faithful towards him till his last dying moments. It will hurt him. Already I can't imagine a life without my best friend, and he is aware I don't love him and faking his girlfriend for his happiness. What if he finds out I cheated on him even though I am faking it? I can't do it.
