Caves

     I have no idea why, but I have an obsession with mining and exploring caves. If I see a hole in the ground I have to jump in. And because of that I often volunteer to be the miner if I am ever playing with friends. And it is really cool when I find caves that curve all around and lead to all sorts of stuff. I often tend to get lucky and find the biggest bestest caves that lead to mob spawners or large ravines. However I do not find diamonds that easily.

     The good thing about me in caves is that a lot of the time it seems as if I have an internal compass even inside the game so navigating is pretty easy most of the time. In a way I kind of memorize the whole cave system as I go through without even meaning to.

     And speaking of caves, there is a story I may as well tell.

     I was on pocket edition, but that time on the PC. This was not too long ago so there was swimming underwater and the new Xbox Live exition. I was playing with my younger cousins on a creative world since they don't like survival mode. It was kind of lame just flying around their little jungle island with an elytra as they debated about which beach house I should live in. I personally didn't want to live in a pre made house. It was creative mode for Heaven sake! I could just build my own! And I had found the perfect place too in a small cave that was perfect! I wanted to make another little cave house. But of course my cousins didn't like that idea one bit.

     So I eventually flew off over the ocean to find something to do. I swam around in the water and killed fish as I went. Then, I saw an awesome ravine down below. My mind said 'cave' and I dove right in. The reason I am telling you this isn't because it is interesting or anything. If you were looking for interesting then go look at my other books where I actually make up stuff! :}

    Anyway, in that cave was probably the first time I decided to follow my senses instead of aimlessly wander around. So, my mind said right, I turned right, my mind said dig through that wall, I dug through that wall. I was so surprised as I explored the underwater cave. It was the largest I had EVER seen. I put myself onto survival mode just for fun because I actually wanted to mine all the ores I found. I was stunned. Eventually I found a way out. The caves had lead me to a mushroom island with the mushy purple grass and such. By then my cousins were bored and left. I kind of got lonely and left too. I don't often like playing by myself. Especially on Creative mode!

     I guess I had mentioned senses of some kind. Probably a few of you must be wondering what the heck that is. I personally think it is angels. Of course one time, only a week ago actually, I was trying to find my retainer in the pitch black room at nighttime. I had a general idea of where it was but my eyes were useless since it was so dark. I finally decided to close my eyes and pay attention. In just a few steps I felt my hand land directly on my retainer case. It kind of freaked me out since it had been easier finding it with my eyes closed than open. Weird, I know. Fortunately, other than a few questionable times where I felt as if I had just read someone's mind everything has stayed pretty normal for me. Accept for that one time where Woofer ran off. I had closed my eyes and payed attention and felt as if I knew where he was to such a point that I could see from his view running around some trash on the street just left to our house. I focused on something and told him in my head to come back, since, why not at least try?! I went walking in the direction towards the street I thought I had seen him in but before I even got there my brother called me back saying that Woofer had come back on her own! Of course the whole time I was wondering if it was just my imagination or not! Ya know what, I am just going to drop the whole thing. This is supposed to be about the legend Herobrine, not some outlandish diary of sorts! XD
