The end is near

Chapter 6

       Chapter 6

            Ai 

                I walk out of the hospital alone. A group of nasty people pass by just as i walk out the door. I keep walking. I flinch when i hear gunshots behind me. I move and hide behind a car not to far away. I hear someone running up to the car. "Hey, get up." I hear from a guy standing at the hood of the car. I get up and scream as he pulls out a gun. "Shut up." he says in a low voice. I do as i am told. He hands me the gun and three more clips with it. I holster the extra clips and start on my way.  Maybe Pilot is still at the airport with his dad? 

                 Out of breath I climb the hill to the airport. I feel something grab me behind me. I shoot it in the head then turn to run, but my feet don't do what they are suppose to do. I roll down the hill. On the way down i curl up into a ball and spring out when i get to the bottom. That motion gives me a forward motion to help me get the the side door. I hear something stur behind me. I turn and see something moving in the shadows. 

                 The door barley moves when I push on it. A few more shoves and it gives me just enough room to squeeze in. I shut it back and put a brick in front of the door I turn around a hear a noise come from down the hall. There is only one way out and the noise is coming from tha way. I raise my gun and wait to see if anything comes. Down the hall there is a crash. A minute later there he is Pilots dad is standing in front of me. I step on step closer, but then see a gapping hole in his neck.

                     I raise my gun and aim. I'm so shaky that i miss the first time. One last bullet. I breath in than out as i breath out i pull the trigger. He falls to the ground. The blast of the gun was so hard it made the gun hit my head. i fall backwards on to the wall. My vision is fuzzy and i cant barley hear. I see movment in front of me. I guess this is how i am going to die. I lay still while the shadow sweeps over me.  I feel hand touch me and pick me up. "Pilot?" I say in a whisper. "sshhhh I got you now." I hear him reply.
