"Is this it?" Jay asks as the group sneak up to the windowed door. Flaria looks around the to see no other buildings before turning to Jay, "You tell me." He rolls his eyes at her, "Yeah, yeah, yeah. Now, how do we get in?"
"Aren't you a thief?" Carlos quirks an eyebrow. "Let's stop picking on Jay and find a way in..." Quinn breaks the two up. Jay walks away a bit, "Imma kick it down."
Just as he's about to make contact with the door, Flaria throws a card and it slides through the lock seamlessly, opening the door. Jay flies through the opening and crashes to the ground barely missing a display.
Carlos bursts out in laughter as Jay groans in pain, "Shut up, dog-boy." Carlos quickly smothers his laugh. "C'mon guys," Quinn walks by them as she follows Flaria further in to the museum.
The four search around the many displays before ducking behind a few columns. A night guard was strolling around. "Do something," Quinn whispers to Flaria. Flaria rifles through her deck of cards before showing her the "Sleeping Death" card.
Quinn gives a sigh of relief, "I thought that only said death..." Flaria shakes her head and throws the card before pulling out the "Death" card, "That can be arranged." "No," Quinn whisper-shouts, wiping the smirk of Flaria's face.
"Great," Jay cuts in, "It didn't do anything." Flaria stares at Jay as she snaps her fingers. The guard falls to the ground, fast asleep. Wide eyed, Jay states, "Okay... since when could you do that...?" "Shadow realm, now come on!" Flaria exits their hiding spot.
The others follow and they continue their search. They rush around a corner, coming upon a room filled with menacing wax statue of their parents. "Whoa," Jay breathes.
"I will never forget Mother's Day again..." Carlos shrinks. Quinn's hand instinctually grips her throat, "... Yeah..." "It's oddly interesting..." Flaria drifts as her shadow swirls around her.
Jay shakes himself out of the strange trance before nudging Carlos, "C'mon, guys. Let's keep looking." Carlos nods and goes with Jay as music starts to play soft and evilly.
Quinn walks closer to her Mother's statue, "Look at you, look at me. I don't know who to be, Mother."
"Is it wrong, is it right? Be a thief in the night, Father!" Flaria touches the bottom of her Father's cane. "Tell me what to do," the girls sing together.
The Queen of Hearts and Dr. Facilier come to life as he sings, "I was once like you my child, slightly insecure." Flaria shrieks and jumps away.
"Argued with my Mother, too. Thought I was mature," the Queen walks down her podium, "But I put my heart aside-" "And I used my head!" Facilier cuts in. "Now I think it's time you learn what dear old mama said," the Queen pats Quinn's cheek and Quinn flinches at the contact.
"Don't you wanna be evil like me? Don't you wanna be mean?" Facilier circles his daughter, twirling his cane. Flaria spins around, trying to keep her eyes on him. "Don't you wanna make mischief your daily routine?" He points the ball of his cane at her chest. Flaria shrinks back.
The Queen sweeps her hands out, "Well you can spend your life attending to the poor. But when you're evil doing less is doing more. Don't you wanna be ruthless and rotten and mad?" Quinn jumps away in fear as her Mother's eyes change to red.
Facilier takes over, grinning evilly, "Don't you wanna be very, very good at being bad?" He nudges Flaria with his cane, "I have tried my whole life long to do the worst I can. Clawed my way to victory, built my master plan." His daughter shakes her head as he continues, "Now the time has come my dear for you to take your place." He sends the two girls to their knees with his shadows surrounding them. "Promise me you'll try to be-" "An absolute disgrace!" the Queen cuts in with a small giggle at the end.
"Don't you wanna be evil like me? Don't you wanna be cruel? Don't you wanna be nasty and brutal and cool? And when you grab that wand that's when your reign begins," the Queen swings her arms out, "Who wants an evil queen without a sack of sins? Don't you wanna be heartless and hardin' as stone? Don't you wanna be finger lickin' evil to the bone?" The Queen taps on Facilier's cane as green and purple flames suddenly spring up around the girls.
Shadows loom over the room as Facilier's skull mask fully forms, "This was not for us to ponder. This was preordained. You and I shall rule together, freedom soon regain!" Facilier disappears into the shadows as the Queen continues, "Mistress of the universe, powerful and strong."
Facilier pops out behind his daughter, offering his cane to her as the parents sing, "Daughter, hear me," the Queen offers her daughter a hand, "Help me, join me, won't you sing along!" They each take their parents help up and can suddenly stand on their own.
The four sing together, "Now we're gonna be evil it's true. Never gonna think twice!" Quinn curtsies to her mother as she weakly sings with Flaria, "And we're gonna be spiteful."
"Yes, spiteful," Facilier yanks his cane away from his daughter's grasp. "That's nice," the Queen boops Quinn's nose.
Facilier grabs back the attention, "In just an hour or two... Our futures safe and sure."
"This Mother-Daughter act is going out on tour," the Queen, once again, steps in. "If you wanna be evil and awful and free," Facilier sings as he starts walking up the stairs. "Then you should thank your lucky star, you were born the girl you are," the two parents sing as they stand on their podiums.
"The daughter of an evilicious Queen... like... me!" Quinn's Mother sings as she steals Facilier's thunder. As the music dies out, Facilier's low chuckle can be heard echoing off the walls. In a blink of an eye, everything returns back to normal.
The girls stare at the room, dumbfounded. "I... I..." Flaria fails to create a sentence. "Did that... really..." Quinn stumbles over her words. "I think?" Flaria composers herself, looking around the room for signs of life. "Isn't... I, uh... let's go..." Quinn stammers. The two girls run out of the room and quickly find the boys staring at the wand.
