Chapter 6: Heart's family, not a house

A/N I wont be able to update after the 9th, but ill continue writing and ill then upload all the chapters one I get my phone on a new data plan.

Freddy POV

Once our parents drove us home, Foxy Bonnie and Chica with us, we all went up to my room. Gold had told us in the car about how we should do some research on our new buddies. "Why did we agree to this again?" Foxy asked for the millionth time. "Because I cant understand them research and knowledge always help me understand." Gold's response was simple.

We all logged onto our computers and started checking out sites. Something I honestly wish we hadn't. What i saw wasnt all that bad. But some of the others... Foxy and Gold had gory images with their research, bad enough it made Goldie vomit. Foxy was purely frozen by it. What we saw was-

Frederick POV

Spring took us to home again. Home, what a fumny word. I think our defenitions are different, you and I. My definition of family is different as well. My parents? They are not family. My friends are. Vixen, Clyde, Chi, Spring, Plushie... Heck, Mari is family. And home? Not the house i live in. Home is where Spring is. I think all of us would agree. He would deny it, but he's what holds us together. He takes care of us. I just wish we could take care of him.

Currently I was sitting on the lid of the toilet (like with the lid down. Lid down its a chair people.) while Spring was cleaning some cuts from where I had gotten a plate thrown at me. Wonderful parents they are. "They got ya pretty bad. But dont worry, I take medical classes every summer"

Even with something like this he could always make me laugh. It was nice. He finished with my shoulder and back by bandaging it, handing me my shirt. Then i walked out and let Clyde in. He just needed some ointment on some bruises thankfully. When the two came out we went to the multi media room.

Spring started playing his guitar, not having it hooked up to the speakers thankfully. Clyde was talking with Plushie about Plushes day at school. Chi and Mangle were giggling over anime. Nerds. And i say that in a loving way. I walk over to Clyde and Plush first. "How are the little bunnies?" I joked teasingly, Clyde turned bright red, something easily done, "Frederick!" He squealed, causing a haughty chuckle on my part. I ruffled Plushie's hair "Watcha drawing Kit? (Baby rabbits are Kits)" he smiled and showed me a drawing of him, Clyde, Spring, Vixen, Chi, and I labeled 'my family'. I smiled and hugged him "Aww, its great kit." He smiled back, and continued coloring.

Then i went to check up with the girls "Flower you today sweethearts?" I joked, holding one of those rose pens. Vixen broke down into laughter, while Chi facepalms. "Your such a dork" Vix giggled out. "And you two lovely ladies are nerds. How are you doing by the way? You need anything?" I questioned. "We're just talking about how Vix should-" Chi was cut off by Vix covering her moth "We're fine. You go have some fun Fred." I nodded and hesitantly left their little huddle.

I sat by Spring. "You wanna talk about the fight today?" Spring stopped playing and set down his guitar "He said he wanted to fight. I told him no. He kept pestering me. When i tried to walk away, he threatened to hurt you guys," his eyes were now tinted purple and he gripped the wooden stage we sat on tightly "So i fought him. Its blurry. I'm sorry, I know it's only the first week of school." I side hugged him. We dont deserve him. "Don't worry about it. I probably would have punched him too. But I would have had my butt handed to me on a silver platter." I joked at him.

He smiled, giggling faintly, causing his ears to flop in front of his face a bit. He hates it, but he actually giggles a lot. Its adorable! But dont tell him I said i that. Suddenly he stopped moving, his ears moving back and down, and I knew what was coming. I quickly moved my arm off him in case it was his shoulder. A loud crack echoed throughout the room, followed by a yelp, and crying. Spring's leg was in a horrible position, and he was now clinging to my, clenching his teeth in pain.

Clyde picked Plushie up, taking him out of the room. Spring hated Plush seeing him like this. I pulled Spring closer, moving him carefully so his leg could rest flat on the stage. Vixen was now nearby and was trying to help keep Spring's mind off it, giving him a strip of leather to bite so he didnt hurt his teeth or bite his tongue. She was stroking his ears and just trying to keep him as calm as possible. Chi was also by us, tears in her eyes. We all felt so useless. Spring was in so much pain and we could do NOTHING. Nothing but watch. It took half an hour to calm him down. His entire leg had locked, it barely missing his hip.

Clyde brought a worried Plush back in the room. Immediately Plush hugged Spring "Are you okay!? You were hurt and-" Spring hugged the smaller rabbit. "Shhh, calm down. In fine, I just wont be able to use my leg for a few hours. It'll right itself, it always does." Spring was so calm. I will never understand that. "Well, I'm starving. Come on ill make some dinner, someone wanna get the Iwalk?" (See pic at the top)

Chi got up and ran to get it. "You should let one of us cook." Clyde insisted. "And let you all burn down my house? Hell no. Dont repeat that plush." Plush pretended to lock his lips, going over and grabbing his picture to show Spring. Spring got a huge smile and hugged his younger brother "Aww, thats sweet Kid." He kissed the childs forehead, sending him off to make sure Chi wasnt lost.

"How about letting Chi cook?" Vix asked hopeful. Spring sighed "If my house burns down I get to say i told you so." Chi then came over and i helped Spring put on the Iwalk. He slowly got used to moving with it, and went to go by Plushie at the table. Talking with the kid about school, and telling him about how he got into a fight. They always had talks like this after school, Plush was good at helping Spring better understand why he felt certain things.

After a while of us talking, Chi set down food for us. "Thanks Chi/Chi-Chan!" We all said in unision. You can guess who said Chi-Chan. Plush is so cute sometimes. Well, technically all the time actually. We all started eating, laughing about jokes that Clyde made, listening to Spring ramble about his book, Vixen going on and on about pirates, and Chi yammering about her manga. I admit, i was rather talkative during this. It doesnt happen very often, ill tell you that much.

After dinner we all ate some ice cream. Clyde had strawberry, Chi had vanilla, Vixen had mint, i had coffee, Plush had rocky road, and Spring had chocolate chip cookie dough (my fav flavor actually 😂). Once we finished our ice cream we all went upstairs to the cinema room, sticking on pirates of the carribean, most of us passing out.
