"It's tomorrow?"
Drew's anticipation increased as he asked Max, May's little brother. He couldn't believe what Max just said.
"Duh yeah. You want me to repeat it all again?" Max replied as he got annoyed
"It's tomorrow?"
Again, Drew asked. This time, with more shock. He just couldn't happen to digest the fact that it was tomorrow. And he didn't even know a single thing about it.
"Drew, for the eleventh time, YES! It is tomorrow!"
"It's really tomorrow?"
"Drew if you repeated those words again I'll leave."
"It's seriously tomorrow?" Drew spoke, confusion enchanted his face as if those words were like a spell which never left their effect off of him. Something that made Max annoyed and amused at the same time.
" Ugh, FINE! I'll go and ask Brendan, then!" Max said storming his feet and ready to walk away.
"It's reall- Wait? Brendan? MAX WAIT!"
"Looks like the spell finally wore off of you, eh Woke up from your day dream?" Max turned around with a sly teasing smirk etched on his lips. He knew Drew would rarely react to such a situation, but who knows he will react to it now.
"Well, you see, uh, I was testing your patience since you know, the gym leaders are usually known for their patience and skills to easily predict the opponents attack. But since you are still small and the point that you have become a gym leader. But, basically, I just wanted to see if–"
"Alright, Drew do you think I'm like May? Or look like her?"
"Uh, no. Why?"
"Isn't it smart of you to know that I am not stupid enough to believe in that lame excuse of yours."
"I-it's not an excuse Max" Drew said as he blushed due to embarrassment.
"Can we just start the work already?" Max said annoyed as he took out a pencil and a notebook. He didn't have much time to get amused. After all, it was tomorrow.
"It's really tomorrow?"Drew said
"DREW!"
"Fine, you have very less patience just like your sister."

Drew walked in the streets deep in thoughts, He nearly had done everything that was on the list that he and Max decided on. The lights flickered on him and the sun was setting
"I better check on it again to make sure nothing is left out." He murmured as he took out a piece of paper from his pocket."Balloons Check, Paper cups and plates check, Double-sided tape check, Sweets check, Cake , Cold drinks check, Ramen not check? How could I forget Mays favourite food! Well, we better go before the shop gets closed." He said stuffing the list back in his pocket. Roselia popped out of her Pokeball.
"Rose Rosee" hi Mr Rose!
"Roselia! Why are you out of your Pokeball again? Go back in."
"Rroooo rosee Roselia Lia Rosie! Ro ro Roselia!" As if Drew! You still need me for the roses and decorations since I'm the one who cleans your own room Drew! You want me to tell it to May? Cause I would.
"As she would understand you," Drew said.
"Who would understand who?" A familiar voice whispered near Drew's Ear. His eyes widen as he turned back immediately startling the person behind and causing her to slip. Drew reacted immediately by catching her by her waist. Emeralds eyes met sapphire as they stared at each other. Drew was drowning in the sea of sapphire and The female stared mesmerised at Drew. Their moment was interrupted by a giggle nearby.
