2: Music and a substitute

Rainbow's POV

Another day of classes 😒. Right now I'm in Science class and the teacher kept on babbling about mixtures and liquids and stuff. Twilight rn is a writing machine writing everything what the teacher is saying. I can even see the smoke from Twi's notebook.  I sighed. Good thing after a a few minutes later it's recess.

After  maybe 20 minutes...

*RIIIIIIIINNNNNGGGG*

"Okay class is dismissed. Quiz next Monday don't forget!" The teacher said. Then we fixed all our stuff and went to the hallways.

"Hey you rainbow haired girl! wait up!" A voice said. I turned around to see Soarin again. He was being chased with girls!

He grabbed my hand and ran somewhere.

Soarin's POV

"Phew. We lost'em." I sighed in relief. I turned around to see Dash arms crossed and tapping her foot with an angry look.

"So?" I said confused.

"Did you even know what you just did?" She said.

"Oh right. Sorry..." I apologized.

Rainbow's POV

"It's okay Soarin. We have to go to the cafeteria now. My friends are waiting." I said. But he just stared at me.

"Uhh Soarin? You in there?" I waved my hand in front of his face.

"Huh? W-what?" He said.

"You were just...staring at me. Why?" I asked.

"Uhh... Well that doesn't matter now. Let's go." He said. I followed him.

While we were walking,it was awkward.

"So uhh... I didn't manage to get your name." He said.

"Oh yeah. I'm Rainbow Dash. And I know you're Soarin." I replied.

At the cafeteria

I got my food and went to my friends' table. I sat down beside Apple Jack.

"Hello everyone!" I saw Soarin and some other boys standing on a table.

"Since you all love me,I've got something for ya!!!" He said. Some girls started fangirling. Even though Pinkie is the loudest,Rarity's squeals is 2x worst!

"To make it rock even more, I would like to join the Rainbooms,to dance dance for us!!" He added. Wait he knows us?

We agreed and we started to play.

We were awesome!!! Then everyone went wild!!

Time skip

More classes again... Soo boring. I looked at the time.

2 more hours meaning 2 more boring classes. You can do this Dash. At least PE class is next.

1 hour later

"Dismissed." The teacher said. Yay. Some of us went to the locker room. Duh,we all have different schedules. I saw Soarin also going to the locker room. And also a person I thought I would never see again.

"Well well well. Isn't it Rainbow Crash." She said.

"Lightning Dust." I said

"Rainbow Dash." She said.

"Why are you here? I thought you are staying at Crystal Prep?" I said.

"Well I managed to put 10 kids in the hospital and the Principal did not accept me. So I moved here. I heard Soarin senpai studies here now." She said. I groaned and went to the girls locker room. I changed in my PE uniform and went to the soccer field.

At the soccer field

"Alright team. I'm upset to tell you that I won't be able to be your coach for today's practice. You will have a substitute." Coach Spitfire said. What? But it's always awesome when Spits is the coach! She gives us 40 minutes of practice and 20 minutes of free time!

"Dash." Coach Spitfire placed her hand on my shoulder.

"As  my favorite soccer player,you're the substitute coach for today. Don't let me down, champ." She said. YESS!!

"I won't let you down ma'am!" I saluted. She gave me an extra outfit. It's the same thing what she's wearing. I changed into it in the restroom. Yes!

When I went back to the field, all the boys were staring at me. Or should I say drooling. Spitfire gave me her whistle and saluted.

"Good luck." She said and left.
