chapter 23: confession

Soarin's POV

I woke up. Ugh it's the day. But there still isn't any school. Btw Dash is staying over at my house (the one without my parents 😏) for the winter break. And today is the day I promised myself for Dash. The day I'll be saying my feelings,the day I have to be honest,the day I have to be brave,the day when I will ask her out. I went to the guest room where she's at.

I saw her using her phone. I opened her door. She's still in her pajamas.

"Hey." I called.

"Oh hi. Good morning Soarin" she greeted back

I went to take a shower. I wore thick clothing since I'll ask her if we can play in the snow. Secretly...a date. I went to her room again to ask her.

Dash is preparing breakfast. I can smell the aroma. I went down and saw what wee going to eat. Toast,pancakes,eggs,and a bowl of fruit. Yummy... We sat down and ate in silence.

"Hey Dash,wanna play in the snow outside?" I asked. She smiled. That melted my heart. Next thing I know was that I was frozen there staring at her beauty...

"Uhh hello? Earth to Soarin?" She waved her hand in front of my face.

"I'm just gonna change." She said and went to her bathroom.

I went to the kitchen and just ate a slice of leftover pie from yesterday. It's still really yummy.

"I'm ready!" Dash said and she went close to me. What kinda cute and funny is that she has to stand on her toes just to go closer to my face. She booped my nose.

"Tag" she just said and ran outside.i was just there,frozen.

Then I ran to her.

"I'm gonna get you!" I shouted and ran to her. She just giggled and ran faster.

"Catch me if you can--" I cut her off by lifting her up. I laughed.

"Hey put me down!"

"Hmm how about...no" I snickered.

"Hey,think of this as a blessing in disguise. Now you know how it feels to be tall,shorty." I reassurely joked. Dash is just the cutest shorty.

She hmphed. Then I put her down and we built a snowman.

Time skip...

After 10 minutes of playing in the snow,Dash and K went back in my house for some hot chocolate☕ yummm

Dash is in her unicorn onesie btw. She looked freaking adorable. We just snuggled together at the couch.

"That was fun." She said.

"Dash" I called.

"Hmm?"

"There's something I have always wanted to say."

"Okay" she shrugged.

"When we first met,I felt like an idiot. An idiot that weirdly fell in love with a fantastic girl who is just awesome, beautiful,funny,and kind. And that girl is right in front of me." I started. Dash blushed.

"Before we met,I always felt my life was missing something. I did have girlfriends before but they were all bitches. Girls that didn't love me for who I am but only for my fame. Life is hard being a celebrity because it's hard to find real friends who love you. And I fell for one of them-" she cut me off by putting her finger on my lips.

"Yes Soarin. I will be your girlfriend. I know your trying to confess and I'm flattered." She smiled. YEEESSSS I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND

"But...I'm not sure if we'll get through this. You know what I've been through before." She frowned. Yeah. Anyone remember Quibble? Nah forget him. He's an asshole.

"Come on Dash. Trust me. I'll be the boyfriend you've wanted. I'll be there for you. I'll even put myself in trouble just to keep you safe. I'd rather eat cockroaches for my meals intead of you dying because of me." I said with pride. She smiled and we hugged.

So they are a thing now. The story has ended. Haha jk but I don't know if anyone wants a book 2. Tell me if you want this to continue. Maybe when they are in college this story will continue in book 2. Tell me if you want something like that.
